Starbucks — Restaurant in Corona

This Starbucks location (Foothill & I-15) is the BEST location I have ever been to. The staff is so kind and the service is unmatched. I have been a regular here for over 2 years...I am self-employed and I work from this location a couple days a week for a few hours. The lobby is beautiful, open and spacious with plenty of seating making it a very comfortable place to work. There are plenty of hidden electrical outlets (a huge plus) and they even switch around the furnityre from time to time to keep it fresh. The staff are friendly and always makes you feel at home and welcome. I came here to sit and work in the lobby throughout my pregnancy (and now, with my newborn on my chest) and the staff has always been so friendly, kind, and go above and beyond to provide a positive experience. They always bring my order to me at my seat if they see me working with the baby. The location even offers "for here" glasses and plates now if you are planning to stay and enjoy your coffee which is a detail that I absolutely love. The staff is so great that even when off the clock, if they see you need something they will make sure you are taken care of. It says a lot about the ownership and leadership of this store - they are doing it right. I cannot say enough good things about this location- the quality, team, and leadership. It will always be my favorite...

I would have given this location 5 STARS, because of the great, friendly, fast service. As a regular customer to this location, many of the baristas know my order. This is a testament to how great the service is at this location. HOWEVER, they have recently changed their hours of operation and this location is no longer open when I am commuting to work. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I am sure it is in response to the pandemic, which is nothing more than an IGNORANT RESPONSE to the situation as many other locations are still open. The location of this Starbucks is very convenient for MANY commuters traveling to Orange/ L.A. County via the 15 freeway. While attempting to visit this location, there a minimum of 6 other vehicles also attempting to drive thru for their morning coffee. STARBUCKS NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR HOURS BACK TO NORMAL FOR THEIR...

This place is by far the most efficiently ran starbucks I've ever been to. I'm so glad the drive thru was long (though I saw it move very quickly) I went inside to order. I was sitting for maybe 3 min before my coffee was done, followed shortly after by my egg bites. They were busy inside as well. I can overhear the staff and they sound energetic, positive and make this place feel like a wonderful work environment. I'll be coming back for my morning coffee, often.
