Grazianos is a family owned chain. They are close to our house and consistent in their food. We personally don't like their garlic knots, as opposed to many who do, but I really like their calzones. They have either "make-your-own" or there are different combinations to choose from. My husband will get one of their pastas and meatballs, or chicken parm with pasta. Some like their pizza, but we have only had it in buffet settings, it was okay, not on either end of the spectrum. Grazianos basic take out salad is a clamshell of iceberg, mozzarella cheese and a tomato slice. You can add onto the salad with toppings you choose, for an extra charge. The oil & vinegar is okay, ranch dressing is tasty. A salad is included with meals, along with garlic bread. The food is good, decent for the price, and we usually get what we ordered. Double check your stuff before you leave, especially if you order extra sauces, if something is missing, they will fix it quickly. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is usually kept clean. Sometimes there are so many kids and people there is a bit of a lag, but they do their best to keep on it. Further north on I-15, off Limonite, Jojo's Italian is quieter and the food is definitely a step above this. Think about going to your aunt who makes a weekday dinner versus Grandma's Sunday dinner. We come here a few times a month for take out, because it is predictable. It's tough to mess up Italian food, but it can be done, and Grazianos does not mess it up. Many people come here with sports teams and they do have a big room you can rent for an event. There is a section of the place with games that you can earn points to redeem for toys. The section adjoining it is usually filled with kids, sports teams or birthday party attendees. Tables are wood/metal and bench seating is wood slats, so if you have more people, tables it can be configured accordingly. The air conditioning works really well, so on hot days it is a welcome contrast. It is not a fine dining place, but for family friendly dining it is...
Read moreAnother update: 4/7/2024: Amazing service and food, but I cannot fathom more than $60 for two medium, 1 topping pizzas and a garlic knots. We just ordered our very last tasty pizza from you.
Lowered the stars due to cost. Sorry, I’m not rich, nor is this a rich neighborhood.
I felt the need to come back and write a second review. Again, the food was super tasty as always!
My second review is more about their impressive customer service. Always polite, and always helpful! For me, customer service is so important and the face of a company. It can either make or break your business, no matter how good the food is. This is the second time I’ve tried to order online to receive their free order of garlic knots. The girl on the phone was kind in taking my order. When I arrived to pick my order up, I was greeted with a genuine smile. I inquired about their advertisement and explained that I had trouble ordering online. To my surprise, they had already comped the garlic knot order and they were super kind about. No argument, just…nice. It’s hard to find quality customer service anywhere anymore.
Grazianos Pizza on Magnolia will always be our first choice. Great good, great customer service and fun entertainment for the whole family…..
We will definitely be coming back! Customer service was just as good as the food. Spot on!
I tried to make my order online but it wasn’t allowing me.. so I called my order in. The girl that took my order was easy to understand and polite. My pizza was done to perfection in a timely manner and the guy behind the counter was pleasant. I walked away feeling like they appreciate their customers. Pizza was really flavorful and cooked just right.
Only thing, I did try to order online. Wish I got the free garlic knots as advertised. Maybe next time I will place my order online with their help. Otherwise, the...
Read moreVery overpriced. Paid around $60 bucks for 2 large pizzas, 4 drinks, decent sized garlic bread, and a sandwich. Pizza was dry, had no flavor, or crispyness to it. Very little cheese was added to it. Full of tomato sauce and barely any cheese on it. Was like biting into a load full of watery tomato sauce with a sprinkle of cheese on top of it. I had frozen pizzas taste way better than this. Also frozen pizzas do have way more cheese on it. So if you're looking to order a cheese pizza. This is NOT the place to go. The garlic bread I had was way better than the pizza. Was extremely disappointed because the garlic bread was fantastic! Plenty of cheese! Garlic and the bread was cooked to perfection! I expected the pizza top it right off. But sadly it didn't. I wish I would have known the pizza was awful. I would have just ordered the garlic bread instead. Sandwich was decent nothing special. Also almost all the games are broke or eat your coins. Came in excited they had a game room. Put $5 dollars into the token exchanger and went into the game room to find most of the games out of order or they simply would just take your coins. Or be stuck inside the coin slot. Only got to play maybe 2 games because the rest of the coins got stuck inside the machine or it didn't work. Wasted $5 bucks on coins. Would recommend heading to pizza-hut instead if you're looking for a decent...
