I've been wanting to try this place since I seen it when I was getting some Chinese food next door (best one in the area in my opinion lol)
The Popcorn Chicken and Fries reminded me alot of a place called Quickly's in LA County so knowing there was something similar made me excited lol
On 8/30/24, I got there once they opened. Was very clean and greeted me once I got in. I didn't see the cashier is I assumed she was still getting the shop ready. Was no problem since they have two kioskes to the side where you can order for yourself.
I got a Large Milk Tea Boba with normal amount of Boba ( the "regular" amount seemed alot to me so get half the amount if you don't want alot) and the Popcorn Chicken and Shoestring Fries with Buffalo seasoning. They had a variety of dry rubs and wet sauces I believe. They dry rub was more on the fries which suprised me. Would have rather it be more on the chicken but wasn't a big deal lol.
Overall it tasted good! The chicken and fries were filling for the price. The Boba Tea felt basic so I would like to try their Slushie or Smoothies for next time with some leechi lol

Read moreA major disappointment in the boba drink experience. I arrived at the store 30 minutes after opening. Order a milk tea with boba and pudding. This chain of boba shops is design to fail due to the recipe or lack of one in making boba drinks:
#1 egg pudding is consistency of jello with no taste of egg or custard. It feels like a cheap substitute that lacks texture, taste and authencity of real egg pudding.
#2 boba pearls are inconsistent. Some are al-dente, some are mushy. I could let this pass during a busy time frame but 11:30am in the morning is unacceptable with 3 customers in the store.
#3 milk tea has no real cream. This chain of boba shop uses powder cream versus real liquid cream. A major downgrade in taste. The boba drink taste like water and sugar put together by a 5th grader.
I reached out to corporate who failed to refund my order. You can buy a superior boba drink at a competitor for the same price this place...
Read moreI think this is my 7th or 8th time I've been here and I've had a similar experience basically everytime.
The boba itself isn't bad, it's actually pretty decent but the terminals of self ordering are right at the front door. So when you want to enter, someone is standing right there ordering on the self order screen, which wouldn't be that bad if the staff didn't actively try to ignore you when you're at the register wanting to order. on top of all that the drinks are a good bit more expensive than other boba places with the quality being the same or worse than the others.
Overall the service is negligible and the drinks are higher cost and lower quality than other spots as well as having horribly placed self...
