When shopping through their site, you have the option to either have the item(s) shipped or select an In Store Pick Up. The shipping is quick as my items arrived the next day. The In Store Pick Up was ready within the hour. Items are always as expected because you can view the photos on their site. If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to ask as they're very knowledgable staff and truly value customer service.

As for Selling/Trading, they're very fair with their offers as I've sold and traded up. I have yet to consign with the store. However, from what I gather, it's a great tool to utilize as their store/site is visited a lot which may give a better opportunity of a sale as opposed to GOAT/StockX. Of course, be mindful as this IS a business and the staff has to eat as well if you catch my drift.

Unprofessional, rude, ridiculously overpriced, and lowball you on price

The young man who was looking at my Yeezys laughed at my price when I brought them in to sell the kid told me “not even stock x prices are this high” then counter offers me with less than what the retail price was from adidas I took my shoes and walked away without saying a word back to the individual

When I looked on the shelf I seen they had the same Yeezys for selling for $150 more than what I what I initially offered

This is a place of greed not a place of business

Definitely do not recommend anybody spending their time and/or money at this place
