I'm giving this place a one star rating only because of the service. This is unfortunate because the pizza is actually very good. The white sauce option is unique and tasty and they provide a fair amount of toppings, all at a reasonable price for the quality of their product. I called in at 10:10pm on a Saturday with 50 minutes left till close, 11:00pm being their closing time which was represented online and confirmed by the guy answering the phone. Told me they were cleaning up and that delivery stopped at 10:25pm, which I was well inside of. He then sighed on the phone and asked how far away I was and that he might make exception, even though I was well within their 10:25pm delivery cut off. I thanked him for his time and declined to order. The point of this story is this. If you have an employee who doesn't care about your customers or the quality of service they are to receive, then you have a problem. Clearly this kid just wanted to go home and could care less about his job. 50 minutes left in operating hours and you have one employee turning people away. Imagine how early does that srart? How many employees follow the same protocol? How many customers did that place lose that night and possibly forever? How much money in a given year is that one employee losing your business? I write this only in the hopes the owner or GM reads it, and if the person that answered the phone when I called is in a management position then shame on you buddy. Read moreWe ordered a pizza, it was given to another person who was not wearing a mask. (Mistake no.1) After leaving the store, this customer realized it wasn't his pizza. He then returned the pizza to the lady at the front desk (he was still not wearing a mask). She wanted us to take this pizza! Who does that?! (Mistake no 2) We declined. She then said they would make us a new one, and we waited another 15 minutes, but walked out with a warm pizza! Definitely not fresh out of the oven, what a disappointment! (Mistake no 3) The server should have disposed of the first pizza in front of us so that no possibility of another mistake could be made. I hope this doesn't occur often as most customers would not see the transaction with their food and other customers. Read moreFALSE ADVERTISNG TO STEAL YOUR MONEY - Been ordering pizza but it always seemed too high. Did the math today when order just one large specialty pizza with their $19.99 promotion of a large specialty pizza for $19.99. The pizza price does not show on the receipt but it shows the promotion of $19.99. Then it proceeds to total the promotion of the subtotal $23.99 minus $3.00, that is $20.99 for the pizza and not the ADVERTISED $19.99. I spoke with workers and they to the store manager who refused to give the advertised price for the pizza $19.99. You can add the tax and delivery to get a grand total of $24.83 and then minus the tax and delivery back out to get the REAL PRICE of the pizza which is still $20.83 instead of the advertised price of $19.99.
