They serve their food in a very clean and neat manner. The food is fresh, and even the restroom is spotless. I’ve seen them washing their kitchen towels multiple times whenever they have a moment, ensuring everything stays clean. Among all the sushi rolls I’ve had, this place uses the freshest ingredients, and their preparation process is the most hygienic I’ve seen. For reference, I worked as a sushi chef for about eight years, so I can confidently say this place maintains high standards. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. This is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant; it is à la carte. The reason I’m taking the time to write this review is that I truly want this place to stay in business. The food is excellent, but it hasn’t been widely discovered yet, so it’s not as busy as it should be, which concerns me. Some restaurants may serve good food, but as a former chef, I can easily spot their lack of hygiene. This place, however, is both delicious and impeccably clean. I highly recommend this restaurant!

First off, I was skeptical. It's rare to see a 5.0 review on a place. More so a Japanese Resto in the middle of Corona. I was on the fence with regard to visiting them. I'm I glad I did. You basically order and pay at the counter. Water and hot tea is self served as well. Other than that, the best selling point I believe would be the quality. The cuts that were served were fresh and on point. The sets are pretty much affordable. For the quality, the price is just right. Granted that the per piece would add up if you have a big appetite, all the other parts of the menu seemed pretty straight forward. I went there for lunch, glad that they're now open 11am-9pm ... with no breaks. Ordered a set plus a number of per piece. My bill came out to be around 40 inc tip. Imho, it was deserving of that price. Would I see myself going back? Yep. The lunch set is pretty straight forward.... the fatty tuna though could be a bit "fattier" But other than that, no funky smell ... quality spot on!!!

From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with a warm greeting from the sushi chef—who not only takes your order but prepares your roll fresh on the spot. The setup is simple: walk up, order, and watch the magic happen.Complimentary hot green tea or water is available while you wait, and it pairs perfectly with the sushi.Every roll I tried was phenomenal—the Dragon Roll, Salmon Cheese Roll, and especially the Musashi Roll were bursting with fresh flavor and top-notch ingredients. You can truly taste the quality and care in each bite.it is CARD ONLY. Highly recommend to anyone in search of premium sushi or sashimi. This place is a hidden gem that delivers a 5-star experience in every way!

My family and I are ecstatic that Musashi has opened up in Corona. The food is high quality, authentic Japanese, and the restaurant is immaculately clean.

My husband’s favorite item is the spicy tuna. Their sauce is made in house and very flavorful. My favorite items are the Inari (rice in tofu skin), Tamago (egg omelette sushi). These choices sound very simple, but the omelette is made in house and both tomago and inari flavors are perfect. If you have a toddler, they will also love the Inari and Tomago. Their albacore and salmon sushi are also great.

This is also a great restaurant if you want to eat healthy, ie: avocado roll, veggie roll, miso soup, grilled vegetables. They also have vegetarian options.

I met the manager, Wesley, who has a unique blend of hospitality and no nonsense which I appreciate. Ann kindly worked the cashier and answered my questions. You can tell they both work hard and love what they do.

It’s located in the Vons shopping center next to Santana Regional Park and nearby Crossroads Church. It’s the perfect place to stop by after a park...
