I had incorrectly ordered 2 pizza online and immediately when I got home, found out that I made a mistake. I called Papa John location to speak with manager and female over the phone would not give me her name but stated she was the Store Manager. I proceeded to let her know if I drive back and exchange the pizza, which I did not take a bite yet, or get refund and she said since it was my fault, NO REFUND or EXCHANGES. I was dumbfounded and could not believe what I heard. She proceeded to get irate and angry and cussed and used foul language towards me. I then asked her if she knew if the telephone line was recorded and she said she does not know. I hope it was recorded. I asked to speak to someone above her because she sounded young and did not want to refund my $21 or make me another pizza to my liking. Hopefully the District Manager calls me back tomorrow to discuss this matter. If this is not corrected, this will be the last time I will order from Papa Johns. I will tell everyone my experience. Door dash never delivers anything correctly and the store cannot do anything about it. So as a customer you are just out your money, unless you want to spend an hour on the phone with door dash. It’s criminal.
And trying to reach someone on the phone at the restaurant is impossible because the phone system is so bad it keeps hanging up on you.
