Wendy's — Restaurant in Corona

Hello, I wanted to warn everyone about this location. My children and I ate here on Saturday this past weekend. I love their homestyle chicken snack wraps with the non spicy chicken and ranch sauce. I cannot eat spicy food due to stomach issues. Every time I do not specify how I want my chicken snack wrap any wendy's I am at usually messes the wrap up in some way. With that said I have learned to order my chicken snack wrap with detail. I say to the kid taking my order "I would like the chicken snack wrap with the crunchy chicken and ranch sauce" he replies with, "would you like the grilled chicken or the spicy chicken" I say "neither, the homestyle wrap with the chrunchy breaded chicken with ranch sauce" he replies, "we do not have that" I say "thats not true, I order that wrap everytime I go to wendy's" he replies "we do not have that wrap" I say "so out of all of the wendy's this one does not sell that chicken snack wrap?" He replies "yup thats right this one does not sell that wrap" now becoming condescending. I say "thanks thatll complete my order, as i had already ordered food for my kids but not for myself and then decided I would just go elsewhere. When I get to the drive thru window to pay and receive food, a manager had moved the kid aside and asked me if I still wanted the wrap, I said "well yes, but I just planned on going elsewhere." The manager oh so kindly and then made the chicken wrap that I had asked for. Except they added something special. Just about 12 hours later I got really sick with diarrhea and throwing up. I would avoid this wendy's...

I went here last night on my lunch break from work at a little after 8 PM. Ordered the four for four dollar deal which seemed like a pretty good deal. What wasn’t a good deal was waiting over 10 minutes for my meal to arrive. 🙁

I had to ask at the counter where it was. I ordered at 8:17 and it was after 8:27 when I finally got my meal. I had less than 10 minutes to eat my meal and return to work needless to say I wasn’t able to finish my lunch/dinner but that was fine because I didn’t care for the double stack burger and the fries, as well as the nuggets, were not hot.

When I asked where my meal was the manager? apologized and asked if there’s anything else he could get me. I said no as I simply did not have the time. I will not make the mistake of eating there again when I only have 30 minutes, or any minutes. Fast food indicates fast. Waiting 10 minutes for burger fries and nuggets is not fast! The restaurant wasn’t crowded there was only one other party inside the restaurant...

In two different instances I was left standing at the register with zero acknowledgement from anyone who works here. It didnt used to be like this. But all the workers looked at us and walked away. The first time this happens we ended up leaving. The second we waited for almost 5 minutes before we were ever helped. If at least they said we'll be with you in just a minute or welcome in or something it would have been better. You need to treat all your customers like people and not ignore them. On top of all that they got our order wrong and we had to wait for them to remake it twice! They made the order wrong twice! And as we're waiting for our food to eventually arrive the employees are in the back swearing and having fun instead of helping...
