I stopped by yesterday on my lunch break at about 12:15 pm went through drive-through to order a salad, I am always very Polite as I used to work at a fast food restaurant i know very much how important and critical it is to provide great costumer services to the customers as this is critical for the success of any business. I also understand that customers at times can be very rude and disrespectful but her deeminer was unacceptable. This employee that handed me my food was very rude when I got to the window I said Hi she ignored me she gave me my food didn't say thank you or have a nice day nothing at all gave me my bag and walked away. I then asked her if I could please have an extra dressing for my salad she looked at me bothered walked away said something to another employee and they started laughing made me honestly feel as if she had said something about me, came back gave me the dressing I said thank you. Read moreIt's National Cheeseburger Day, and in order to get the 1 cent cheeseburger, you have to use the app. Well, the app wasn't working. Customers ahead of me didn't know you needed the app in order to order the 1 cent burger. Another couple of customers were having the same exact problem. The kid couldn't do anything about it, and the manager was on the line making burgers. Yes, it's a busy time, so they should have had more people working. There were about 6 people behind me, and the drive-thru line was super long into the parking lot. 1 cashier in the in the front and 1 on drive-thru. It's not the fault of this particular location, but the fault is the company itself. Better communication on commercials and ads about making sure you have the app and it's already downloaded. Multiple people were downloading the app, so the app wasn't working as it was saying, "network error." Read moreWhat is wrong with this location? This is my third time ordering through the app, I’ve only added one or two things to my burger and all three times were a miss. Either they didn’t add the extra item to my burger or in fact I did not get everything in the burger that is supposed to be on the burger.
Will keep this one star rating until they change things.

They have improved with their (app) online orders. The only down side is having to ask for basics like napkins before you reach the window. I’ve raised my 1 star to 4 stars.

The app is still somewhat ok but it’s also gone down with service. I don’t understand how you can get an app order wrong. Read the screen and you can’t get it wrong. I’ve had multiple add ons missing from my order and wrong dressings to my salads a few times. I don’t even bother coming back bc it’s not worth money wise to make a round trip (with gas being high)
