Wendy's — Restaurant in Corona

we came here monday night at around 11:45 PM and we ordered 1 spicy nugget combo, 1 spicy chicken sandwich combo, 1 spicy chicken sandwich by itself, and 1 bacon fries. our order total was $36.71. we paid with cash but we didn’t receive 2 of the sandwiches we ordered which was majority of our meal unfortunately. we didn’t receive a receipt as well. it was really disappointing because we always go to this wendy’s since it’s close to my partner’s house and it’s always been a good experience for us. we couldn’t really go back because we found out we were missing our food the moment we got home unfortunately. it’s partially our fault for not checking the bags before leaving the drive thru but it’s also the workers responsibility to make sure customers get all of their order as well, especially since it was literally half of our order missing😭. we contacted wendy’s support but they didn’t even give us ANY compensation when they responded. all they said was they would let leadership know about what happened and try their best to not let it happen again. it’s actually so infuriating because i basically wasted $20 on stuff i didn’t even get and didn’t even get my money back, let alone a gift...

Im not sure why this Wendy's is such a screw up. It's never busy when I show up at different times yet they can't make food properly. I like to treat my son to nuggets when he's had a good day. I've been to this Wendy's 3 times since August and all three times have been subpar. Last time I went I was tired of receiving wilted cold fries so I asked for them fresh. They were brought out perfect!!! Just a shame the burger and the nuggets were stale and ice cold. This Wendy's is so slow I feel instead of making food to order they just make a bunch in the morning and try to reheat it all throughout the day. Gross. Gross. However the employees always seem nice so I'm assuming the thrifty Ness and stale food is due to a management problem with a supervisor who is trying to cut costs because the store they work at sucks. Corporate needs to do a thorough walk through and identify the problem there's no excuse that every time I've been here the food was cold except for the one time I asked for fresh fries. First time back since rebuilding. We ordered 2 chicken wraps, 2 Dave double burgers, fries, $5 chicken BLT meal, 2 frosties and an Ice coffee frosty. The cost was about $52.00. I don't mind spending money for good food. At restaurants or Fastfood. It was very disappointing. Items were missing from the tomato in the burger and the bacon & tomatoes in the chicken BLT and the Coffee blend was like pure sugar no coffee taste all. All the other foods were just so sad.
