We have always gone to B & J's pizza on Staples. Last night it was so crowded we went to the one on SPID. We were having a gathering for a friend of ours for her 50th birthday. We were a party of 9. My husband and his brother ordered our pizzas and wings. The guy came out first calling out for Rudy in which that was our wings that he ordered. Next thing we see the guy comes back with 2 pizzas in his hand, never said a name just put it on our table, but was the right pizza that we ordered. And mind me, we only ordered 3 pizzas. So we started eating our pizza, in which both trays were almost gone, the guy comes back with 2 more pizzas again not saying a name puts it on 2 different stands. At that point the both pizzas were not ours, and my brother in law took it back telling them that those pizzas were not ours. We were just waiting on the Jack special pizza. Then this guy comes over asking us if any of us is named Linda or Santiago and we said no. He comes back grabs our almost finished pizzas, and RUDELY tells us you got the wrong pizzas. Walks away not telling us what happened, in which we all sat there in shock saying, What just happened. So I went up there along with one of our friend to ask what happened, and 3 of the workers kept telling us that it was our fault because we raised our hand when he called out for Linda. Mind me, none of us ladies that was in our table is named Linda. They wouldn't listen to us when we kept trying to tell them that the guy never called out a name. So I asked to speak to the manager and one of the guy said that is him right there. The manager was the one that had come RUDELY to our table and grabbed the 2 pizzas off our table without telling us what happened. Well guess what, come to find out the table next to us, they were Linda and Santiago and they said that they never heard the guy call out for Linda. We will not go back to the one on SPID. We got no apology, and the birthday girl was Saddened by the whole thing. Don't get me wrong, we Love the place, but not the service or the one on SPID. Sorry for my bad review, but if they would have heard us in the beginning explain our side and not come GRAB our food like the Manager did I wouldn't be putting this BAD...
Read moreThe food is delicious, the bartender is nice, but the night manager with glasses was extremely rude. They close at 10:00, we arrived at 9:10, he immediately proceeded to tell us, "we are closing soon so if you order ASAP that'd be great." We ignore him and just order, as we finish ordering he tells us, "sit in the middle of the room so I can clean the tables on the sides, so I can finish faster, it'd be great." The place wasn't empty, there were in fact people eating in multiple areas of the diner. As we waited for our food, a man came in at 9:40 & ordered food.. not a peep came out of that manager. That triggered me, we got there at 9:10, & got our message loud & clear. They did not want us there because it's to late for them when they close at 10:00. When we finished our meal I decided to complain to him about how he treated us. He did not receive the complaint with maturity & professionalism. He instead kept repeating about how they were closing & 9:10 was to late for a customer to come in. As I was explaining myself he told us to leave & covered his ears so he would no longer hear us. It was very childish, and he seems way to young to be a night manager. The poor bartender was apologetic for his manager's actions, when he had nothing to do with it. The manager was laughing as we were leaving without a care. As I see it, he's probably been treating many customers with disrespect, and nothing has been done about this, which makes him feel entitled to have absolutely no filter, & lacks customer service as a whole. I am never visiting this B&Js again, I'll stick with the one...

For starters we paid almost $40 for a single pizza, a platter, and two can sodas for $1.97 a piece! That's way too high a price for a soda in a can!
Then we sat there and waited for an hour; watching as multiple pizzas went into the other room which was the bar area, I don't know why but me and my friend ordered way before anyone else did in the bar area, because we watched them come in when we were waiting. While we waited a homeless man comes in, interrupted our conversation, then proceeded to bother us, begging for money and even threaten us by saying "I've done regrettable things in the past to people who didn't give me a chance" He eventually left us alone. No staff help what so ever. Only after we said no did the man rush out the door before anyone could ask him to leave, only after trying to sell us a busted wallet, chains, rings, and liquor.
By the time the pizza finally arrived, it was tough and chewy. We had already finished our soda cans by the time, so we had nothing to drink unless we pay for another almost $3 soda can.
Overall, hated this experience, hated the pricing, especially after a day of working...
