Worst experience ever horrible Customer service went through drive through after I got off. Work ordered sweet-and-sour chicken and plain fried rice got home. I did not have my sweet-and-sour sauce. called. Let them know I did not receive it. Their answer was. I was welcome to come. Get the sauce and they would be more than happy to give it to me. I let the young lady on the phone know that yes, I had already paid for my sauce and thank you for letting me know that I could come and get it. No mention of any kind of compensation or apology. When I showed up at the drive through to get my sauce. All they did was hand me. My sauce and expect me to go on my way. I politely asked if they had pink lemonthe young lady said. Yes, and then told me it would be $2 in some change. I looked at her and said no I wouldn't be paying for it because of the inconvenience. She got a nasty look on her face close The window and then had to talk to the manager and gave me a small lemonade instead of the large that I requested. Yet they were a hundred percent in the wrong. Read moreI always use this location and have never had an issue. Today, April 4th I placed an order at 8pm and waited an hour. I called to see if it was on its way and they informed me that it was canceled! The lady told me that someone called with my name to cancel and the employee asked if it was the address of .... and gave my address to the caller, the caller said yes cancel that one. When talking to the manager she said the the caller GAVE my address and the name... there some communication issues here. They asked if I wanted to place my order again but I would need to give my CC again, basically I need to pay for THEIR mistake. I'm my experience in customer service you would never give out information, you ask to verify the address from the call before canceling anything. Also management should have offered to comp my meal. Read moreMost horrible experience ever. I ordered Hunan shrimp which normally comes with fried rice but the incompetent staff did not give me any rice. I could not eat the human shrimp without the rice because of how spicy it was so I called from work to explain. They said they would take care of it the next time. Well I called to let them know that I was ready to have my order replace due to their incompetence and they said that they would only replace the rice. Who eats human shrimp without rice? And who eats rice without any entree?? The lady was very rude and said that they would credit me $1.49 plus tax for the rice. I will never go to this place again. The food isn't any better than panda Express anyway. They just lost a returning customer. I will never recommend this...
