Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

We went to Jason's deli on 2/16/2021 to get a lunch and to get warm during the ice storm. Alison our cashier was down right rude to us. Having a small toddler that's constantly ripping of my mask she was not understanding at all. When i asked her a question of what sides to they have, She abruptly said "pull your mask up" never answered my question. She was touching her face and her mask multiple times and had didn't even sanitize her hands after touching her face prior to taking our card for payment. We get to the table and realize we didn't get our toddlers milk we ordered with the kids grilled cheese. Looking down at the reception she said no drink when we clearly stated milk.

Jason's was pretty busy and we are completely understanding of the stress between the water boil advisory and power out all over. It would of been nice if she was understanding. My Daughter and I went to have dinner last night. I ordered a sergeant pepper sandwich. Sandwich was cut in half, one side of sandwich had one bell pepper one onion on it the other side of sandwich had a very nice portion of bell peppers and onions. I complained to the waitress she was kind. I picked up my half sandwich with the nice portion of bell peppers to dip in the juice. My plate was full of blood from the meat !!! I took it up to the counter showed the counter worker he asked if I wanted them to make me another sandwich I said NO I want my money back !!! I used my debit card was told it would take up to 5 days to get a refund. I was very unhappy with this the manager came over asked if he could help me I told him how the sandwich was served to me. He said No Way ... I said yes it was !!! I told him I would never be back at here !!! Jason's Deli on Saratoga is not the place for me...

My family and I loves their salad bar. We also look forward to the corn bread and ice cream. My husband and I came in last night at 7:30 to eat salad bar and noticed that they were out of corn bread. We asked them if they can put some more out but they said they can't bake anymore. Take note that they close at 10pm and we were there at 7:30. So my husband asked for the manager and she didn't come out and just told one of the employees that they will bake and they will let us know once it is ready. 30 mins later, we asked the same girl if it's almost done and they said the guy who is supposed to bake left. And they can't bake anymore sorry. It seems like they didnt even bake anything and made us wait for nothing. Sucks that you have to pay for something and not get it just because they don't feel like baking anymore. Not very happy with the manager for lying and not doing...
