Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

2 tie this week we have had horrible service Monday 8/7/23 order 2 hot and ready and a order of heart attack crazy bread guy came back saying no crazy bread it would be 20 minutes pizza dough was not ready had a horrible crust pizza was cold it was about 2 p m paid 14 97 ..... took a chance today 8/11/23 went through drive thru the sales person ask what can get for you I started my order and she said I can't hear you so again I repeat my order and she says I'll take care of you at the window ....I get to window and she say what did you order and again I repeat my order she yells at me I can't hear you so I speak louder and she says we don't have thin and crispy and stated it will be 20 minutes so I said I'll wait then she say again repeat your order 2 hot and ready pepperoni 1 thin and crispy since I have to wait I'd like it without sauce and heart attack order of crazy bread rudest person ever I did state sorry your busy its not my fault she said it's not my fault either so I said can you stop with the bad attitude and she yelled my total so I waited 25 minutes and the pizzas was burned and crazy bread was burned too ...guess I'll be taking my business eles where ...I get it customer service is a job if your not fit for it find something that would make you happy I have 20 plus years working in...

So I ordered a fanceroni pepperoni pizza, went to go pick it up at the drive-thru, I told her my name & it seemed like she was having trouble finding my order. She finally finds it & tells me to come back in 10 minutes cuz they were working on it, im sure they hadn't even started my order. We left & went back, it was ready, we went to go park somewhere to eat & i opened the box, it wasn't a fanceroni pepperoni pizza. I called them, they wouldn't answer so I drove back, that was after being on hold for over 35 minutes. I told her about my order & that it wasn't the fanceroni pepperoni pizza, she said it was, bull crap it was just a regular pizza so I waited to talk to the manager & he tells me it was a fanceroni pepperoni pizza. I told him, "no it's not, compare these pics to the 1 ya'll made for me" he then says that they use 2 scoops of pepperoni & i told him, "i've ordered that pizza before & it had a lot of pepperoni on it" he just kept telling me the same thing & i told him, "well ya'll suck cuz that's not right, charging us for a fanceroni pepperoni pizza when it's just a regular pizza that we're getting" The 1st pic is what I got, the 2nd pic was what I was...

I will never come back to this location. I went through the drive thru and ordered 1 emb pizza 2 crazy breads and 1 sauce. They told me total was 11 something. Cashier comes back and I see only 1 bread so we ask did you get 2? The cashier lies and says yes. We pay and she hands us 1 emb pizza 1 crazy bread and 2 ranch. I asked what about the other bread. She then says I only have 1 and I only charged you for 1..I paid with a 20 but she only handed me a 5.. I thought it was universally understood when you go to Little Caesars and order crazy bread and they ask if you want sauce they mean the marinara sauce. Not 2 ranch. What they did was rung up the pizza and the bread then on a separate ticket 2 ranch. Which is why I thought that a 5 back from 20 when I was told my order was 11 something was ridiculous. To recap. She lied, messed up the order and charged me for something I didn't ask for. This was 9:40pm. 1exm pizza, 2 crazy bread and 1 sauce for 11 something does not equal 1 pizza 1 crazy bread and 2 ranch for about 14.. Never coming back .. Cashier was skinny girl...
