Got there during lunch time rush and from the time I got in the drive thru lane to the moment I drove off, I was in and out within 10mins. The staff member taking my order was very polite and efficient. Not once did she seem annoyed with my lengthy order (5 different meal combos). When I drove up to pay the team member confirmed my order with a friendly smile before taking my payment. Drove up to take pick up my order and that team member greeted me as well and confirmed my order once again. She then confirmed my drinks before handing them to me and provided me with 1 of my 5 meals. From there she asked me to drive reserved space for the rest of my meals. Within a few minutes another team member walked up to my window and confirmed that I had already recieved one of my 5 meals and then provided me with my remaining meals. The whole time with a pleasant friendly smile and tone of voice. All meals tasted freshly made and as delicious as McDonald's meals can get.

If this was all provided during lunch hour rush, it says a lot about the great team they have going and management they have!

I would give a negative star if I could. We are from out of town and stopped there on the way home to get food for my kids, their friends, and myself. The only orders out of 7 that were correct were 2. My biggest complaint right now is not that the food was made wrong cause I get it things happen. But when my daughters boyfriend open his 10 pieces chicken nugget meal not only was he missing some but 2 of the nugget hate bites taken out of them and you can clearly see teeth marks. This is comety repulsive. Thanks to this McDonald's alone I will never eat McDonald's anywhere ever again. I am so disgusted its unreal. And on top of that we had to back track the over 30 miles we were from the store to make them give us the refund after they tried to offer to replace the meal, thanks but no thanks. They are located off exit 11a and by the time they agreed to finally give us our money back we were at exit 30 heading to San Antonio. Once we got there my boyfriend d went in to get the refund and all they wanted to do was replace the meals.. then i handled the situation and they offered to replace only 2 of the meals had me wait almost 30 minutes just to do a refund.. Sorry but not sorry, you just made this corporation lose a lot of...

Chicken nuggets were super old, chewy, barely able to be eaten so I ate like 7 out of 20. My son is not picky when it comes to McDonald's and he even did not like it :( I think I will avoid going here for a while. I tried to call them and nobody answered so I called later and got through and they said I'm sorry but you should have brought your food back, I had to go to work, I even asked for a courtesy remake for the nuggets and she still told me no :( I asked how can I avoid this can I ask to be made fresh and she said yes, the only problem is, if we sometimes wait 15-20 minutes for our food and its not even a freshly made request how long would we have to wait? And what if we order smoothies? They'll melt more than likely, gross, and we have had that happen before too waiting so long they get practically warm melting while we wait. McDonald's is expensive. We're not happy :( I will have to tell my son I'm sorry but we can't go here for a while, we will give it a chance in a few months.
