I would like to start with , is that i read the reviews and my goodness its nothing but the truth!!!! My husband and I were door dashing and we had an order here we pull up and there was 3 cars in front of me. The line was not moving at all for a good while! When the manager greeted me at the intercom i had to tell him i could not understand him several times. Infact at one point i even thought to myself that he was trying to get me frustrated so that i would leave . He was talking like he was an auctioneer! I ended up giving him the name of the order and drove up and sat again for a good while. After seeing the line not move , I decided to call the store and the manager answered and was talking just fine... i asked him if there was any way he could get the cars to move up and wait for their order so that we could grab our foor dash order and not get a contract violation for being several minutes late and he said no because he has to get several orders ready and not just mine so i said ok no problem and hung up. I get to the window and the manager and a short heavy set male were laughing and joking around. I sat there watching them confused as to why they are getting other orders ready instead of mine who was next. . The short male came to the window asking for the last three numbers of the order again and i gave it to him and asked why they needed it so many times and he says its apart of their policy. he then leaves the window and didnt close it all the way and i hear him and the mangager mocking me and laughing, My order was supposed to be ready at 12:07 and we did not get our order till 12:35 or so. I did not say anything to them about the incident i decided to leave and then call due to being scared they would be petty and refuse service to me. I called and the manger answered and I told him straight up if that was appropriate for a manager and an employee to be mocking and laughing at a guest which he tried playing stupid until I repeated what they were saying and also advised them that they left the window cracked and I hear every single thing. I also told him that is disgusting how he was a manager and behaving like that also, advised him to not be provoking people because one day it will be someone who is having a bad day and choose to act like a fool. All he kept saying was smart comments back and I just was basically telling him that I will call again tmrw to report their behavior and he hung up on me. Read moreHad a very terrible experience today. The store manager at the time, who had on Covid masks. We place 5 Big breakfast platters at 10:10am we received confirmation that the order was accepted. And it hit our bank account. Got there to the store and showed my receipt on the phone. I knew soon as I walked in this was not going to be ready. Due to the very disorganized person with the masks on “A” first letter. and “T” other person. The ordered was placed on time. But it was not ready. Or even being made. Due to “A” not checking the computer of online orders. Then this person was very rude, in the mask, I asked if he or she, could write something down. Stating that the order wasn’t placed just incase a refund wasn’t issued in 3-5 business days as this person name “A” stated and the person name “T”. Then this person A got very angry due to me wanted to verify that the order wasn’t placed. He stated it’s against Mc Donald policy for them to write something down saying the order was not placed an error on their part according to him. There was a delay in there system and he didn’t see it. But at the same time he was able to look in the system and see the order. At that moment I felt lied to. First he said he didn’t see it but a few minutes later he said I see it but we didn’t get it. Get you story together. You seen the order but you were to lazy to cook the order due to you wanting to get lunch started. I paid for services before lunch started at this person made the decision for Mc Donald’s not to make the order. If this person is your store manager or assistant I strongly suggest. This is bad for McDonald’s what the should have done. Was asked sir. Sorry about that and the confusion. Can we make something else for you! Customer service is so important. I hope that this situation is looked at. Terrible services and my 5 boys no breakfast thanks to these people. Went to What A burger. Will never visit this...
Read moreI have just dropped this McDonalds from 2 stars to 1 star...and the only reason they are getting a 1 star is because you cant give negative stars. Today my wife and I went to get some breakfast from this McDonalds...we ordered 2 number 8's (Breakfast Burrito Meals), one with a large coffee, the other with a large orange juice...total...almost $10. When Agnes handed us our food (constantly have problems with this lady getting and order right), she gave us the large coffee, large orange juice, and 1 breakfast burrito meal. When I told her that we ordered 2...she told us that we had only ordered 1. I told her" BS, how does 1 meal and a large orange juice come to $10", and told her I wanted to see my receipt. She said "one moment" at which point her manager came to the window. The manager said "I heard you want your receipt"? I told her "Yes, because I ordered 2 number 8's, paid $10...and she is telling me I only ordered 1". The manager told me "Well we don't have any receipt tape". ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! In the end...they ended up giving us the other meal we had ordered, but this is ridiculous! How many other service members does this McDonalds on Naval Air Station Corpus Christi screw? Agnes, a lady who is ALWAYS working the window and the busiest times of the day can NEVER get an order right. If she is at the window, I sit there and check my entire order...and 9 1/2 times out of 10, she has gotten it wrong or forgot to give me something. I have never worked fast food...but COME ON, how difficult is it to listen to what a customer is saying, input it into your little computer, compare the contents of the bag with the little computer screen and make sure they match, and then hand the order to the customer?!?!?! Double...triple...and quadrupel check your order. I eat here about once a week because its on base, but in the past year they have probably only got one...
