Taco Bell — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

We usually go to this taco bell when we're in corpus. We went a couple days after the big winter storm. We went inside due to long drive thru line and ordered two 12 packs of tacos. Order was ready in less than 10 minutes even with so many orders they were getting. I overheard the manager saying they were supposed to have closed at 7pm due to weather conditions but it was already almost 9! and they were still helping people out by feeding so many people who didn't have power or water. She said "until they run out of food". Also they had a FULL team going in the kitchen, at least 12 if not more employees that had come from other stores to help out. I appreciate their hard work, I know how stressful it is working...

I ordered a power menu burrito and I asked for extra guacamole on it I even paid for it and when I got my burrito it didint have enough on it so I asked nicely for some more when I did that they took my burrito and then sent a rude lady out which she then explained to me that it cost more when I already paid for extra , the reason that I am writing this review is because her attitude was rude and if a customer asked for something extra and pays for it they should get it I don’t think the workers and this store are very professional if Taco Bell wants customers in general I think y’all need to choose your employees/managers wisely because I will never come back to this store and I will tell everyone I know...

Don't think I've ever eaten at this location. There was a long line for the drive thru so I went inside. Never knew about the kiosks. Wish I took a picture. I was able to place my own order and customize it. It took maybe 2 minutes to place my order and pay. Took less than 5 minutes to receive my meal. The kiosk is a great idea. Everything was incredibly easy to understand and was very user friendly. Only issue was the lines to the soda machine were mixed up. The Cherry Pepsi was giving Root Beer and the Dr Pepper was giving Coke. Other than that the kiosk experience was a new but...
