Went there today and the stupid lady at the drive thru was very rude ( we were waiting in front of a long big truck so after he ordered. (The truck in front of us could only move up a little bit because there was a vehicle in front of him) well the lady comes on and say hi can i take your order (mind you we. Are far from the intercom thingy) so i just waited patiently so when we were able to move u i said yes im ready to order this lil heffa got an attitude yelling well I TRYED TO TAKE YOUR ORDER TWICE AND YOU DIDNT DAY NOTHING I SAID KNOW I WAST NO WHERE NEAR THE INTERCOM BECAUSE THERE WAS A TRUCK IN FRONT OF ME AND I COULDNT PLACE ORDER .. I CALLED A FEW MINUTES LATER TO TALK TO THE MANAGER BUT ALL THEY DID WAS MAKE UP EXCUSES AND SAY WELL NO THEY WERE NOT BEING RUDE WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE INTERCOM I WAS LIKE YOU NO WHAT JUST KNOW WE WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK AGAIN AND I WILL BE CALLLING COORPRAITE ON THIS RESTAURANT BECAUSE ID THERE WAS ISSUES WITH THR INTERCOM THEN SHE COULD OF SAID THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH INTERCOM SHES LUCKY THAT AUNT WASNT FEELING GOOD I SHOULD...

I got food poison. The reason why I came here is based on the reviews. Please don't believe what they say. From the very start the waitress gave me an attitude to take my drink like she didn't want to be working. But no problem I can deal with that. What I can't handle is the bad food. Horchata tasted like if it was old. I asked them to change it. The tap water tasted like if it had dirt in it. I ended up getting a coke. Everytime the waitress gave me a worst attitude and kept rushing me for my order. I finally order a large quesadilla the meat was horrible the guacamole was old. I really don't know if it was because I went after dinner time and they had the old food of the day. However I came on a business trip I had to throw up the food because it was hurting my stomach and I ended with a horrible stomach pain. While in Corpus Christi Texas, we visited the Taqueria Jalisco' on Weber and South Padre Island Drive. The food was wonderful and the service was just as good. I had the Enchilada plate with Rice and Beans, which were superb with plenty of home made flavor. My son had the Beef Tip Guiso plate with two Cheese Enchiladas, rice and beans. According to him it was alot of food and loved every bite. He could barely finish it and that's saying alot for him. He allowed me to taste a portion of his food, which was just as flavorful as mine. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and never let or chips and salsa run out. Which I thought was very pleasant . The prices were reasonable and affordable and very worth it.
