The Staff needs better training on Communication on orders that are ready to Go, and having a Louder voice to call out to the customers. Having One Person run Two Computers and a Tablet to take care of customer traffic coming in is a lot of stress on that employee plus the phone ringing. Telling Customers that there food will be ready in 7-10 minutes for convenience instead of the reality that it will be 20-30 Minutes. Customers might be more understanding, also telling customers the actual wait will allow for less mess up on orders.
Try having two people handle customer traffic, One calling out orders loudly and handling the drink spot since they're right next to each other, the bagger needs to communicate with the 3 front people at your location on who's orders are ready. The front two will let the person handling drinks and customers bag that are ready to check on the orders that have been called in or were web orders. The rest of the employees will be in the back making the food.
My order was supposed to be ready at 8:05 didn't leave until 8:35, when I was told the order was going to be ready in another 7 minutes. Read moreOne of the worst fast (hahaha) food experiences I've ever had. Did an online order via their app early in the afternoon and scheduled it for 7 pm pick up. Got there at 6:45 pm and was told my order would be ready in 10-12 minutes. At 7 pm I asked if my 7pm order was ready yet. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked what the problem was and was told it's because their so busy. Finally got my 24 piece Family wing order at 7:18. pm. Again I asked why it took so long and she just shrugged. I asked to speak to the manager. The clerk went to the back and when she returned she said the manager was busy and it might be awhile before they could talk to me, so I left. After less than 5 minute drive home I was ready to eat my wings. The dissatisfaction continued. The Buffalo sauced wings were overcooked, hard, dry, and tough. The fries were undercooked and soggy. So much for my Wingstop meal. The store was very disorganized and chaotic.
