Came in to order 1 cup of bubble tea three small fruit cups on the mixed fruit cup small is 3.49 it contains coconut, watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumber and pineapple. Now i ordered 1 small all cantaloupe cup. 1 cantaloupe and coconut small cup and 1 mango, cucumber and cantaloupe small cup. Now the first two she said they were customs fruit cups because i didnt want the 4 fruits that are in the cup i just want one only. Now if i just want fruit thats offered innthe mixed and only two that offered in the mixed fruit not the other 3 fruits. Am i not saving you money well i asked her that she said she disnt know she was told to charge 4.99 for custom and 3.49 if we ordered the mixed fruit with all 5 fruits. Now if that doesnt sound crazy and cost the fruit place more money. But hey needless to say we paid for the cups 4.99 each and only one cup was right guess which one the all cantaloupe was the only right one. And the cantaloupe was hard . Theone qith the mange had no cantaloupe in it and the one with the coconut had half of cup of coconut with about 3 to 4 pieces of cantaloupe in it for 4.99. Horrible experience I was ordering at the drive thru asking for a fruit cup with no coconut as nice as I can be as usual! Whole time this young lady is just saying “what what I really can’t hear you” the tone in her voice was so rude so than I go ahead and tell her “& actually can I add 2 more fruit cups made the same to that order pls?” She said “what? Nvm just drive forward” at the window she was confirming my order saying “just the two fruit cups right?” & than I said “no sorry I had ordered 3” she didn’t say anything after that & just rolled her eyes at me & walked back with my receipt going to fix it at this point I just drove off because I did not feel comfortable with someone like that handling the food I was going to consume. I am from out of town & wanted to try this place out. I ordered 3 fruit cups, 1 watermelon cup, 1 corn in the cup and 1 strawberries & cream. I payed almost $40 dollars. Got home and we tried it & weren’t very pleased with it. Watermelon had slot of that white part from cutting close to the ends. The fruit cups had no hardly any yogurt, & the honey and granola were placed at the very bottom & had melon that was not ripe yet . The corner of the cat was a bit bland. And all the fixings are literally at the top it’s very hard to have to mix that in a little cup. The only thing that was really good with the strawberries and cream . There has to be better places.
