Panda Express — Restaurant in Corsicana

UPDATE: This post was made public about 9 days ago and not one person has reached out to me regarding our visit. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Upon arrival we were greeted by someone named Marco who seemed to have no clue what was going on. Then, a girl by the name of "Abrielle" jumped in. She was SO SUPER RUDE and wouldn't listen. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp bowl with steamed rice. She dropped about 4 shrimp in my bowl and shoved it down the line. My husband ordered the Orange Chicken & Sweetfire Chicken plate with fried rice. The same girl did not listen and she put Honey Walnut Shrimp on his plate. When he said no she scooped the shrimp off and got him the correct thing. Last I checked, that's considered cross-contamination. If he were allergic to shellfish, she would've messed up big time. Then, we met the sweetest cashier we've ever met. Malia, this is your shootout! You went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I asked her if the shrimp I received was an adequate serving and she said no and added a few more shrimp, no questions, no attitude. She is a gem. When we finally went to go eat our food we all, the couple we were with & ourselves, noticed that the food was disgusting. It looked as if it had been sitting in the bowls under the heat lamps for far too long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I can't believe the lack of customer service I received at your store in Corsicana, Texas! I was a customer of your restaurants until Thursday 4/9/2020. I placed an order online for pickup at 6:06 p.m. and a few minutes we drove up. We were told that the order wouldn't drop until 10 minutes prior to pickup time of 6:36! So, we decided to drive around for 20 minutes. We returned with our confirmation number and was told they can't and wouldn't fill the order until they receive a order slip! There was no remedy given after we had already paid for our order! We definitely received less than friendly service from the staff and assistant manager. The staff had no problem stating that there wasn't anything they could do! The assistant manager gave us a card with the district managers number (Carol). I did call the number on the card was no answer! The whole ordeal was ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of concern the restaurant staff, the technical and the support staff. The contact number given by the store managment will more than likely be a total waste of my time! We were told by the technical support that we would receive a refund within 3 to 5 minutes but as of yet no refund has been posted! I plan on uploading a video onto various social media to show the lack of attention and the treatment we received at the Panda Express in Corsicana, Texas. We drove from Houston to Dallas and stopped this Panda for late lunch around 2 pm. One of their employee took the msn's restroom for more than 10 mins, which he already in there while I arrived, I had to use Lady's room after My wife and daughter used, and he still in men's after I finished. When we order meals, the lady only gave a little portion for each one, we visit Panda more than once almost every week, this portion is not worth the money we paid, after ordered, the cashier is their manager, I asked her four cups for water, she wanted to charge me 50 cents per one, I ordered meals, I paid by AMEX Gold card and not dressed like homeless, this is not how American treat their customer, even not Panda's way, especially I used to work in Panda, so this is totally wrong. The picture I posted is how much they gave for a portion, not even cover half of the rice or noodle. The Teriyaki chicken I ordered, the lady was lazy to cut from whole chicken breast, she pick some smaller pieces from the pot and because of long reheat time, those pieces were dry and overcooked or burned. This location's manager has very big problem of managing this store. We went to the Collin Street Bakery next door after Panda, their service was like heaven compares with Panda's like hell.
