I ordered here today while traveling through Texas. Where do I start. I arrived at the drive thru at 3:21 PM and ordered through the drive thru. It immediately started off poor. I am not sure what was going on with your headsets but the drive thru operator made me repeat myself multiple times to a point where it became annoying. With my order I requested only one small thing. I ordered a #10 Whatachicken sandwich and I politely requested minimal sauce (I have ordered these before and they usually come with an over amount of sauce where it drips everywhere). I receive my order and low and behold once I am driving on the interstate I take a bite and the sauce just oozes out everywhere down my shirt and stains my seatbelt. In addition, I ordered the Whatawings and this is the best part. I look through the multiple bags and not a single utensil in sight. Imagine that? Serving a customer messy wings without a fork? People would argue that it could have been a simple mistake to forget one thing in the bag like a utensil set but not when it comes to wings. This is simply common sense haha. I tried calling the restaurant 3 different times over an hour following and not a single team member could pick up the phone too so here I am. For someone that is a loyalty member and has thousands of points on his app (I come to Whataburger when I travel) this is simply just a terrible experience to say the least. People could also argue that it is fast food so my standards should be low but I would argue back that this franchise is simply ran very poorly based off my experience today. I would like to have the operating partner Julie Gonzales give me a call or email to attempt to excuse her lack of control over her establishment because the management here is clearly below standard. It is very easy to double tap an order before sending it out (the fork and sauce issue could have been avoided) but clearly the entirety of the staff working today failed to do so. Where does that lead to? It leads to the management as a whole failing here. I am someone who has run restaurants across the nation and I can tell you your training needs to be a lot better in addition to maintenance of your franchise (headsets). This experience today put a bad taste in my mouth for thinking twice on ever supporting this company again especially after my many years of coming. I look forward to your response.

I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with the level of service.
I placed an online order to dine in. I walked in, provided the employee at the register my name on the order, she went to the kitchen, returned and said they are still working on it. I replied, no problem and reminded her that it was for dine in. I went and had a seat to wait and she never got back to me, so I went back up to the register and asked again. She went in the kitchen and brought out a bag. I told her a again that I was dining in. She walked away without acknowledging me or providing a tray but I saw one on the counter and placed my food on it but as I walked away I tasted a fry and they’re cold so I quickly return and ask another employee if I could get some fresh hot fries instead. She asks someone else on the line and they say yes . I waited and still no fries. The employee at the register is shuffling around the kitchen to ignore me for some reason. I asked again and another and no one seems interested in assisting me. The staff completely ignored me when I tried to speak with them.
The person at the front register was no exception—she didn’t acknowledge me when I had questions or requests regarding my order. Instead of addressing my concerns, she chose to hide out in the kitchen, leaving me standing there waiting for what felt like forever.
The only saving grace of this visit was the manager, who finally noticed me and stepped in to help. The manager was professional, capable, and handled my issue efficiently, but unfortunately, the other two employees were not up to par.
