Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Corsicana

Popeyes Corsicana (Acting Manager - Maria) wants to send out uncooked chicken & raw seafood that was cooked in old oil, old chicken that was cold, and fries that were stale. $43 of uncooked food out the drive thru. Called them to request a refund or replacement and explained our findings. When we told her we werent able to come back up there tonight, she said "when you come back later this week bring the food back with you for it to be replaced".. So I have to keep old uncooked seafood and chicken for days until we can go back to get a replacement? Who does that??? Then proceeds to tell me they will only replace the Shrimp only. I argued a third time, that it was the whole order that was uncooked/old and stale, and was told to bring the food back even if it was days later. I explained again that we lived out of town couldn't just run back up there and may be a couple of days before we could get back and its ridiculous she is asking for us to bring the food back days later. She refused again and I asked for who she reports too and that's when she hung up and blocked my number.

Called back from my husband's phone and she answered, still refused to make right and told me to take it to corporate.

So "Maria" refused to refund, refused to replace our food and also refused to tell us who she reports too. Note to anyone else this has happened too, call corporate and make your complaint. Unacceptable.

12/12/24 6pm. update: tried again. Kid Staff was playing around in the back like it’s high school. Chicken was old and you could tell it’s been sitting awhile along with most of it not being chicken strips at all but chunks of batter, fries were also old. They forgot half of our order. We tried calling and they answered and hung up on us three times. If Popeyes is gonna be this expensive for old food and scammed out of actual chicken we will definitely not give this place a third chance. Will be the next place in Corsicana to close.

waited 30 min for 16 piece family tenders meal with biscuits, Mac n cheese and potatoes. After waiting they forgot all the sides and I had to go back in. When I went inside to get the food they forgot in the first place the chick working there had the ugliest look on her face like “what the hell does he want now” and I still remained calm even after waiting 30 minutes and all my food being forgotten then after even going back in there they Still forgot the fries. They are Always getting orders wrong at this location. Last two times they gave our order to someone else and gave us the wrong orders and times before that giving us completely different meals from what we ordered. How this place is still operating idk. Yea no thank you, never coming back again the liberal chick with attitude working put the nail in the coffin for us...

The parking lot was very clean.. however, I ordered the $5.99 tackle box with 8pc shrimp and fries because it would be something tasty and easy to eat on my long drive. I preordered for the time that I knew that I would actually arrive at the restaurant. I arrived on time. I went through the drive thru as predestined. I was asked to wait a minute that quickly turned into 5 minutes. There was 1 car in the drive thru when I had arrived. When the cashier came to the speaker I told her who I was and she asked me to pull through. When I reached the window I was informed that the restaurant was out of French fries (inconvenient because it's not easy to eat any other side while driving) when I received my order it was hard and nearly cold. Not impressed at all. Infact I deleted the app off of my phone that night since this is the only location around me. Not impressed and definitely won't be back. Also it seemed like this restaurant only had 1 cashier scheduled for lunch time. They probably don't have the clientele to have more then 1 cashier scheduled for lunch. Which makes sense with the service I received. I also want to make note that there was however several women with aprons on whom I can only assume work in the kitchen. They were standing by the drive through talking. The management at this restaurant clearly has poor...
