I had a new house built and needed new living room furniture . July we went into the Corsicana store the staff was very helpful , I picked out couch two rocker recliners coffee table and end table , was told BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS they were backed up and deliver wouldnât be until end of August which was perfect we would be in the house by than, At the end of Aug only my end table was in , Was told the rest would be in my Sept. The date comes and passes and no call from the store , I have to call them !!! Mean while we are sitting on lawn furniture in my living room , The couch and coffee table comes in the end of Sept , Again told BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS the two chairs will not be in until Oct 13 . Here it is the 14th NO CALL FROM THE STORE, I call them and now told they will not be in until Nov 12 th BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS , I about lost it ! So I paid for furniture that I donât have for the last 4 months , This store is very bad with communicating , I will never do business with them again , which is a shame because I really like the furniture , I would have cancelled the order and gotten my money back but the chairs match the couch .Hopefully I get my chairs by the end...

When it was the date it was supposed to be delivered they didnât even call me or anything. I had to call to check the status of my order and they told me it had to be pushed back another month due to Covid-19!! They didnât even bother telling me at all I had to call!! So I waited a whole month again just to be told it was gonna be push back another few weeks! And again I had to call!! They donât care about the customers at all whatsoever!! It took almost 4 months just to get my couch!! This is the worst place ever, I would not recommend this place to anybody, please save your time and money and take your business elsewhere if you really care about customer service, I wish I can give them no...
