The sandwiches are playful carefully thought out and just dang good. I would put Timbers food against any restaurant in Navarro county we come here for breakfast and lunch and if they had dinner they would knock it out of the park.

Great bagels, coffee, and service you can't find anywhere else. Was driving through from Oklahoma to Houston and just wanted a quick breakfast and was happy to find such a great place. They're bagels baked fresh and look like something your sweet granny would make back in the day. And they have really unique flavors of coffees too. If you don't know what you want, the cashier will definitely help you out! RECOMMENDATION: I got the everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and a hot milky way coffee. And it's not too spicy. Just right like they said!

And don't be shocked if the bagel doesn't have a hole in the middle. You won't miss it once you take a bite. Anyway, thanks for the fun...

Great local coffee shop. If you’re looking for good coffee and a way to kick off your day then this is the spot. The coffee bean is from a roaster in Austin Texas. Their jalapeño cheddar bagel is amazing…seriously. They also have great sandwiches for lunch as well. The turkey Todd would be my favorite but then again I might be biased to that. The owners are local and wonderful people. Very involved in the community. There is also a little boutique and gift shop that’s attached as well.
