If I could give zero stars I would. Being from out of town we made the huge mistake of stopping here last night. Waited approx 30 mins in the drive thru! I called the store and spoke w/ "one" of the managers who was extremely rude. At that point I was told that they only had 3 people working and had people waiting for food inside as well. Not one time did she apologize for the delay. Unfortunately at this point we could not back up and leave since we had a line in front and in back. Finally we get to the window only to be greeted by a hateful young lady. She takes my card and hands it off to another employee and says "this is the nice one"! Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for! The other female which I am assuming was "one" of the managers stuck her tongue out and laughed. Needless to say I did NOT eat my food after this encounter. Bottom line is that if you're not able to provide good, professional customer service then you should not be working fast food. Yes I have worked fast food on several occasions, and I can assure you that I would no longer have a job making snide remarks to a customer like that. Corporate should really make a visit to this particular restaurant to see just how poorly ran it is. Another question and concern I would have also is how you can possibly make the orders properly, and maintain cleanliness with 3 employees! Perhaps the Board of Health needs to visit as well. Read moreThe only reason this McDonald's is getting one star is because only the male staff members at the windows seemed to be trying. The drive-thru lines were packed but no one seemed to be getting any answer from the microphone when they pulled up in front of the menu board's. Multiple people were pulling forward to the window to place their orders. Many cars were just pulling out of line, and just leaving. It seemed that they were on a Saturday night live clip. When I got to the window, a young man inside the window looked completely bewildered and I said to him "I came up to the menu boards but the screen wasn't lit and no one answered my call of hello" and he said to me "well I'm doing two jobs, I wasn't here, I was out there." And he pointed toward the kitchen. At one point, while I was at the second window, a girl came to the window and almost came through the window, her whole upper body, she was looking and craning to see something , I assumed the parking lot, and then screaming back into the window, "now I don't see him, I guess he's not here" and jumping back in the window like she was at a party. When my order came through the window, it was incomplete, no fries. so we took a lap around town, came back about 40 minutes later, pulled through drive thru and the same lady proceeded to tell me the same thing again, she had to send crew on break and they would be closed for the next 30 minutes. By that point i was pretty mad, I told her i was just here 40 minutes ago and you said the same thing, she says sorry she has to send crew on break. This was ridiculous! first off, if you're gonna close the restaurant to send crew on break, 1.turn the menu lights off, and 2. A lunch break is 30 minutes, if your closing the store why wouldn't you send everyone at the same time? We ended up going to Taco bell, sat in their parking lot, and ate. We wanted to check to see if they actually opened back up like they said so we decided to go back 1 more time and to my surprise they were actually open, we ended up getting our food but for someone who already ordered and paid i shouldn't have had to wait that long when the app told me to be there at that time.
