Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Coshocton

We ordered a meatlovers stuffed crust and an order of cheesesticks along with a 20 ounce dr. pepper and a diet pepsi. First, we walked in the door to a sign that said counter ordering only and seat yourself. That wasnt bad.. Despite being seen by a couple employees, a driver came in and took our order. We paid with a debit card, but was not handed a receipt. We were told our order would be out in 15 minutes, but after half an hour, my husband went up and they said the pizza was still in the oven. We got our food and it WAS delightful.

As we were waiting, another table asked an employee for more salsa and she didn't want to give it to them and said "I just work here". It was a large group and clearly one sauce was not sufficient.

As we were finishing up, a man walked up to the counter coughing everywhere and didn't cover his mouth at all with anything- just spewed germs everywhere. I went back and asked a worker if I could just grab a box and picked it up myself.

The back of the store was not organized at all. There was stuff everywhere. We decided not to go back anymore. After walking to the back where the guy had spewed his germs everywhere, I am concerned about getting sick.

Oh, we ordered 5 pieces cheesesticks and got 4 cheesy pieces of Texas toast.

I was in Coshocton to visit my brother and nephew, so I took them out to eat to pizza hut. We went inside to eat and there was a guy at the cash register folding boxes, he saw our when we went inside the restaurant. We went over to the tables to sit down and we waited for like 10 minutes to see if a waitress would serve us but no one came over. I went up to the cash register and had to find the menu myself to order food at the register, when this big dark haired I guess she was a female to take my order. The person that took my order was not dressed properly and picking their noise. The dinning room was a mess and stuff was smeared all over the front wall. I had to go up to see if my food was done because 25 minutes went buy. When we received are food it wasn't cook all the way through and it was messy. The dark haired female was rude and loud about having to do some work. Before we left my nephew had to use the restroom and he said he couldn't use it because the toilet was overflowing and the restroom was messy, He said that he saw brown bugs running across the...

Pizza Hut has always given me find memories from the Book-it program as a child in Elementary School, to eating the buffet every Sunday after church for many years while my children were toddlers, and now I enjoy it so much that I've chosen to work there. They care about childhood literacy which is a passion of mine, and they strive to serve the best food possible with lots of special deals and rewards programs for loyal customers. We worked through the pandemic and have been open for indoor dining since March when I began working there. We strive to make all customers satisfied with their orders.
