Out of the last 5 orders 3 different times either something wasn't right like I would up charge and get charged for chicken instead of beef and it would end up being beef or something was just completely missing and when you live 30 minutes away and it takes an hour round trip to get down there and back with the prices of gas it's very disappointing it's a shame that I have to take a screenshot take a screenshot of the order so when I send my husband down to pick it up that he can check and make sure that everything's in the bag and what's really more annoying is when they tell you that everything is in there and then you find out it's not. I have enough problem with the quality food and the people there are really nice... It's just a point of please double check the orders before you send them out the window even if 2 people check it back in the early 1990s when I worked at McDonald's there was a system where even the person at the window double check the order went over it made sure every piece of foor every piece of food or condiment or whatever was in the bag before it was handed off to...

Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe our experience at this Taco “Hell.” My sister and I came to this Taco Bell hopeful for a good time, just to have our innocence stripped away.
We ordered at the kiosk… I got a Crunchwrap combo and my poor sister got a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, a special here at Taco Bell. We sat and waited for our meal. It took longer than normal for the food to be made but that’s not even the bad part. They finally called my name out and as I walked to get it I saw they forgot our cups and my Baja Freeze. I waited for a little over a minute before a man finally came and gave me my cups when I asked. He told me they don’t carry the Freeze that I ordered at their kiosk but eventually said they could offer me a different type of freeze.
