Wendy's — Restaurant in Coshocton

UPDATE: GO IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON FOR LUNCH! The breakfast seasoned wedges and sandwiches are always hot and fresh! I'm addicted to their new garlic sauce and the cold brew coffee is nice and strong so I suggest adding cream and sugar 🤤 The staff and managers are on point especially Emily 😉 definitely my new go to for breakfast! The morning crew changed my bad review completely around!!!

OLD REVIEW: Besides the chili cheese fries, hot chili seasoning n ghost pepper ranch dip. Everything just doesn't taste the same n they religiously mess up my orders. I thought I was the only one with issues at this location. I try to avoid this Wendy's, even though it's my favorite fast food restaurant. The service at this location is usually slow. We like their fries, but when I think about going I usually say no because I don't have time to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Half the time they don't get my order right or items are missing, and I usually don't place a huge order. Not sure what's wrong with this place, but something needs to be done if they want people to be happy. The dining area seems to always be clean, but that's all they got going for them at this point. I have traveled from northern Ohio to Atlanta Georgia. Wendy's is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants. But the Coshocton Wendy's is hands-down the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The service is pathetic and the food leaves much to be desired. I emailed the corporate office on three different occasions and nothing has changed. The last time I was there the sweet tea looked and tasted like it was scooped out of a mud puddle. I called and asked for the manager. A girl claimed to be the manager and when I told her about our meal she said she had been working the drive-through and hadn't had an order like that. It had only been five minutes.
