Burger King — Restaurant in Cottage Grove

I will never go here again. I have been on the fence about this place for the last year. To start off with we arrived at 6:30 PM on a Tuesday night and the front door was locked. Called the store and the person that answered the phone said that he had locked the door so he could complete some task and forgot to unlock it again. A second employee came and unlocked the door for us. The employee that unlocked the door then went behind the counter and instead of taking over the register to get our order he just left us standing at the counter for over two minutes. While we were waiting one of the staff in the back said something and cussed. He looks out to see us standing there with our 10 year old daughter and says "Oops, my bad." Finally the second employee comes back out to take our order. Got all of that done with and waited for our food. While we were waiting for our order a song came on over their sound system and it was one that I knew had swearing in it, Alanis Morrissette's "*&tch". I had my husband ask them to skip the song or change the channel please as again, we have our young daughter with us. They did not change the channel nor turn the music down so we had to have our daughter put on her headphones. More of the same music with questionable lyrics continued to play. When we finally got our order they forgot our kids meal and our onion rings, gave our daughter fries instead of her apple sauce and there was powdered sugar on our daughter's chicken nuggets. I told my husband we needed to just eat and leave at this point. It was freezing in the building and I was too tired to just eat in our car before the rest of our errands. I wish I could say it ended there... Nope! Within two hours of finishing our meal I told my husband that I wasn't feeling good and my stomach was upset. I tool some Tums and went to bed. By 10 PM I was up vomiting and loose stools. YAY!! FOOD POISONING!! This continued for the next 3 HOURS!!! I was finally able to stop around 1:30 AM. I called their corporate and was told that I would be contacted very soon and that this was passed on to the District Manager and also the Owner. I haven't heard a thing since and will be speaking to the Department of...

Don't come here. We all love a Whopper or the original chicken sandwich, but don't come to this one. EVER. We looked on Google and found that it closed at 11PM. Having said that, the televised sign at the store said they closed at midnight. We pulled into the drive-thru at (roughly) 7:55PM. We place our order with a coupon that we had which was the Family Bundle (three Whoppers, three cheeseburgers and three small fries) for $12.99. After we ordered the Family Bundle the voice on the other side said, “No. We’re not going to make that this close to closing. That’s too much to make so close to the end of the night.” I laughed a little and then thought, huh. “Are you being serious?”, I asked. “Yeah, that’s just too much to make.” I couldn’t believe it. I was absolutely amazed. We both were! We were absolutely floored. I pulled around to the window to speak with someone. We sat there. And sat there. And sat there. People were (what looked like) cleaning the kitchen. As they did so, they would look out the drive-thru window but wouldn’t come to the window or say anything. We sat there waiting to speak with someone, anyone really, for 32 minutes. 32 MINUTES! We finally left. This place doesn't care about you or know the first thing about...

If I could select less than 1 star I would. I went through the drive through to order breakfast sandwiches and was told in a VERY curt voice that they were out of biscuits; after I ordered a biscuit sandwich. I asked if they could substitute another option for the same price and a loud male voice chimed in “NO!” I readjusted my order and the woman who was taking my order sounded annoyed and was rushing me. I pulled up, paid for my food and was given my soda that had one piece of ice floating in it. I kindly asked her if she would just top off the ice for me and the male working there threw his hands up while looking at me like I had just made an absolutely unbelievable request and started shaking his head.
