I decided to visit this shop a few months ago after my regular place shut down. I really wish I hadn’t ever gone here. I’ve spent a minimum of $100 - $130 a week at this place for months. I would always buy four vapes at once. I easily spent $500 a month here for months . Twice I have had issues with defective products- this is super normal because these are mass produced products. At my old place, if there was something defective, it was really no questions asks. The two times I have brought an item back it’s “best I can do is 25% off.” Well, today was the last straw. The lady - who identified herself as the assistant manager- accused me of lying and just having dropped the item . I told her several times that I tested the product in store ONCE- to make sure it was working , like I always do. Then when I got the product home, the button to change the settings broke off completely. It’s defective. You can see from the photo it’s at 95% charge and 100% juice- meaning it hasn’t been used. She kept saying things like “ahhh see you’re changing your story on me and lying!” No ma’am. I guess it’s just their usual business practice to accuse their customers of lying to get a free item. Obviously if I spend what I spend there, I’m not hurting financially, nor do I need a free item. But if you sell a defective product, that shouldn’t be the fault of the customer.
I will take my business elsewhere, and I look forward to a sarcastic comment...
Read moreBought some vapes, didn't test them. Two of the three did not work. Tried to simply exchange them within 30 minutes (for the same thing), was told there is nothing they could do.
If you do want to shop here, make sure to open and test everything as soon as you buy it.
Update: Lol how pathetic. The owner seems to get high on his own kratum supply and attack anyone that makes a negative comment. Go ahead and check it out for yourself, look at the replies he leaves for negative reviews. What a sad, ignorant, pitiful way to treat your customers.
The owner replied and accused me of lying. Not sure about what. I just wanted to return broken products. To the miserable owner: feel free to post the video you have that shows me lying or quit accusing others of what you are guilty of. The prices for the tobacco are anywhere from $1.00-3.75 higher than other tobacco shops on the southern/eastern side of the cities.
It loos like the same for goes for the filter tubes for rolling your own cigarettes. I've noticed that a box of 200-250 filter tubes is about $1.50-2.00 more expensive than other smoke shops. Almost all smoke shops sell the filter tubes for around $2.50 for a box of 200-250 while this tobacco store is sitting around $4.50 for the same box.
This wouldn't be a problem if their customer service was something to look forward to. Unfortunately, it isn't. Most of the time, you will feel like a burden for making one of them get up to ring out your order. And, I give you about a 20% chance of not hearing...
