Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cottage Grove

We went thru the drive thru and were in line for about 20 minutes. We watch two employees come out of a vehicle parked right in the closest spaces. Employees should always park farthest away allowing paying customers to get in and out quickly. Bigger issue in my eyes is that multiple employees are on break while a slight rush of customers is going on. Then as we finally get past the order box another employee is sitting in the lobby on break. Don't get me wrong breaks are needed but best to get thru the rush and then take the breaks. Drive thru should always be efficient. I also ordered a power bowl and was not given a utensil to eat it with. So I will guess it will not be that good after my 30 minute drive home. I don't usually sweat the small details but when I went on your locations website and see that I have actually went to quite a few of your other locations and seen similar issues I feel you need to do better. Training good responsible hardworking employees is key whether I am paying $5 for a meal or $50. I just want to spend my hard earned money and support businesses that don't allow themselves to get to big that they stop caring about...

I wouldn’t rate so low if it wasn’t for this guy that works there some nights… he is the worst employee I’ve ever come across at this Taco Bell.. he was working 07/16-07/17 tuesday night/Wednesday morning at 1:04am. I want to specify the time because he needs to be talked to or fired immediately. Everytime I deal with him he seems like he absolutely hates his job and treats his customers with complete disrespect… it’s hard to have respect for a person like that. I love coming to Taco Bell when I get off work but dread actually going to this one in cottage grove because of how disrespectful he is. I really hope he gets fired soon. On another note there a different guy that works there a little older that was working the night before (07/15-07/16) and he is awesome!! Some people just should not be working in customer...

Recently I was taken by a group of people to a place where they forced me to imbibe large quantities of a substance that left my system feeling intoxicated. Around two in the morning we were asked to leave that establishment, and I found my innards growling excessively, that's when I was pleasantly surprised to find myself, here, at the Toxic Bell, a place of euphoria, and happiness. Gladly the minions who live in this orangish yellow and purple box served delicious morsels of a substance I had never had before. I found it quite intoxicating as well but in a different way. Later on I returned those morsels to the back seat of the car of my captors. Yay though it grieves me to remember that loss I will look fondly upon this place, (which I have also heard trades stock as a telecommunications company somewhere...
