Went there for dinner with my family of 5, place is under construction which is fine, two male workers were extremely slow and unpleasant. My husband ordered a ham sub with provolone, he got four half pieces of cheese on his foot long sub, so every three inches had cheese. Very odd but whatever again. I ordered a meatball sub, I watched the guy take the container of meatballs out the the little cooler, put them on my sub, add the cheese and then put in the toaster (I looked at my husband and said ummm the meatballs are cold????) again thought ok maybe they will be warm out of the toaster. Ok hot all my veggies on my sub, paid for our food, sat down at one of the tables with my family to eat. Opened my sub and of course I want to feel if my meatballs are warm and loan and behold they were ICE COLD, walked back up to the counter and said the meatballs are ice cold, they asked if I wanted it toasted again, I said no, I want a new one made with warm meatballs, because I don’t want my veggies toasted. So they made a new one, no apology. Ad I was getting my new sub made, I watched the other guy make a meatball sub for an online order, took the meatballs out of the same cold cooler, put cheese on and took his finger and felt the persons meatballs. Like What in the world!!!!!! Why the hell are ice cold meatballs getting served??? I would be so mad if that was my online order that I paid to get delivered and had cold meatballs! First the subway off 80th had horrible service, now the only other one in town! Will never visit a subway in cottage...
Read morePlaced a curbside pickup order at 5:15 app says ready by 5:30... Got the text update that they were ready at 5:25. Pulled into the lot and whas the only car. Waited and nobody came out. Two other cars pulled up and placed orders in store.
At 5:38, I finally entered the store to check on things. There we're several orders at the counter already bagged up. I was asked if I had a "drive thru" order but I told him I was a curbside order. He continued working on something and a few minutes later asked if I was the spicy Italian order. I said "nope... Three sandwiches for curbside“ he looked confused then looks down and my order had been sitting right in front of him the whole time.
I understand they might be short staffed, but why have a curbside option if nobody is going to bring it out? By the time I got my order it was well past the app's promised time and my one warm sandwich had warmed up the other two.

Read moreNo stars deserved for how my issue with the order went. No customer service whatsoever. I was given 3 chicken teriyaki when I wanted 3 chicken bacon ranch. I noticed the oder was wrong in line and I asked the ladies if my order was chicken bacon ranch, all they said was "add bacon". I don't work there, so I'm assuming they have it figured out. I usually don't grab a receipt but this time I wanted it. Lo and behold my order was a cluster of wrong. I called and asked to see if my order was charged correctly for a chicken bacon ranch and the best solution given to me was "I paid for what I got so yes I was charged correctly"...wow. customer service failed. If I was a secret shopper, I'm sure the owner would be having words with their staff today. This solidified my decision to never come back.
