I placed an order through the app to be picked up an hour after placing it. I choose the option to pick up the order āin storeā as I figured the drive through line would be busy for the time I choose. My husband and I parked and noticed all the lights to their lobby was off. My husband went to open the doors and they were locked. He began knocking on the door. The people working didnāt even turn around and just motioned with their finger to ācircleā around. My husband began knocking again and we still were not acknowledged. Another employee gestured the same thing and when my husband tried gesturing to the phone to tell them we were a Mobil pick up order, the second employee rudely gestured to my husband to go through the drive through. The drive through line had more than 15 cars in it. As we were backing up to leave, the second employee came around the corner from the kitchen and flipped us off. I completely understand if the lobby is closed due to COVID guidelines. However, I donāt appreciate being treated as we were as my meal was already paid for and all they had to do was bring me my order. In addition, the app and the store should have signs that allow for drive through pick up only. Why would I wait in a line that has more than 15 cars in it, when my meal has been placed and paid for an hour prior. I will be contacting the manager and/or cooperate for a refund and will drive out of my way to go to another Taco Bell, even though this location is less an than a mile...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI enjoy getting yelled at that they are not open or making any food. Hard for Me to tell if no signs up and I'm a door dasher that got sent to that location for pick up. I drove around twice called restaurant 5 times only for them to hang up on me then I drove to window and honked my car horn to get their attention only to be yelled at by the rude employee about they are not open, didn't give me a chance to say why don't you put a sign up telling dasher this. She yelled it not her problem it's door dash problem I'm like how am I supposed to know if your not open to report to door dash the issue. Then when I stay In the drive through because they are NOT open anyway I report to door dash I drove around front she came out to take a picture of my car license plate, all in doing is sitting outside store trying to get door dash on the line because I can't just press a button and cancel orders. I would of loved if she called the cops on me because I was just doing my job for my customer. Ended up reporting the while thing to customer and to door dash who wrote a report. Tried to call taco bell HQ but no one would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery poorly managed location. Have tried to use the mobile app twice with this location and it was a terrible experience. Both times I placed my order then waited 20 minutes before showing up thinking it would be ready. The first time they had no idea what I was talking about when I arrived. Then the manager tried to ring my order back up and charge me again. After showing her confirmation on my phone I had paid I finally got my food.
Made the mistake of trying the app again today and had a similar situation. Arrived after 20 minutes and basically had to give my order again. So I asked the employee why they hadn't already started working on the order before I arrived. His response was it only shows on their monitors and they don't look at the monitors so don't know you have placed an order. When I asked him what was the purpose of the app then if I had to replace the order after I arrived, he said he didn't know what the purpose of it was because he doesn't use it. Then he walked away. Poor employees mean poor management. I would give zero stars if that...
