Burger King — Restaurant in Cottonwood

Clean, friendly staff and a big menu that includes shakes and iced coffee. Most of the feedback people are posting on here are likely trolls posting fake or malicious comments. They probably never ate at this restaurant. These people are upset because a new fast food joint opened here in Cottonwood near their apartment complex or because the traffic increased on main street. There were even people complaining about potential noise from the drive through when it was still in the planning stage. I saw it online somewhere last year I think. I once dated someone who left hateful reviews at every place they went, including some they didn't because they thought it was funny. No, it was petty not funny. There were lots of troll comments about this and other coffee and donut shops in town on Facebook and other platforms before they even opened. You can tell reviews are fake or malicious when they seem exaggerated or unfounded. Normal folks go talk to the place it supposedly happened and ask to see a manager, not leave angry reviews online trying to make new businesses look bad. Google should crack down on this kind of thing. I've known people who did this and I dated one. Negative people hate when a town like Cottonwood grows so they get on social media and make stuff up or highly exaggerate because they hate change. Cottonwood is growing and you can't change that. Hotels, restaurants, and stores. Its so wonderful! I hope it keeps growing. Granted, some negative reviews will be a given for any business but this one is clearly being attacked because it's fast food and...

Horrible mistake.... I was heading home and saw only 7 cars in drive thru and 0 cars between order screen and window.. big mistake, 52 minutes to get to order screen (got boxed in and couldn't leave). Lady asked me to wait a minute. 22 minutes later, she came on to take order (0 cars between me and window for over 10 minutes) I ordered a whopper meal and a cola slushy. Slushy machine not running. Placed order and pulled to window. I commented about time and lower money.. she said they made lots money but lobby got busy, so drive thru had to wait.... so drive thru money not as important as lobby.. lobby people could see the rush, drive thru customers had no idea of the hold up.... So, I was boxed in wasting gas for a total of 1hour and 14 minutes, while watching trash being taken out and a man in black stood at back door smoking a cigarette. I realize they only been open a few days, but they needed better plan...... And never basically shut drive thru down... rope off and run single lane would been better..

So if you go. Use the lobby, it's more important than drive thru... On positive note.. the whopper and fries didn't disappoint. Slushy would have got them another star........ Im sure they'll be great in time but tonight was a disaster..... 10-2-2025......

Not sure if some guy in a suit dropped this establishment here and decided to not care at all about this restaurant or the customer service that is provided. Clearly, the reviews say it all. To add, we came tonight and the guy running the drive through was so unprofessional. He didn’t say a word to us. He just shoved the card reader through the window at us. While we waited for food we over heard him laughing to another employee about a new female that was running the friers and that they had to teach the “5 second rule” to today…. Should have left at that, but we already paid. Again, no communication whatsoever. He hands us our bag and the window closed. Chicken sandwich was burnt. Definitely...
