Wow. Where to begin. Granted it was lunchtime, but... the drive thru was packed so I went inside instead. Line wasnt terrible. only two people ahead of me. After the first person's order was taken the cashier went to help the drive thru and, well, refused to take further orders from the counter. Time passed, others joined the line. A man left the line, directly behind me. Cashier called out an order by food name. A man claimed it. The man then returned to the counter as the food was not his. The bag sat on the counter. Before resuming order taking at the counter the cashier went to the side door and called out the food order again, not the order number. Lady came and snatched bag from counter, the same bag the man had returned. Cashier took the next person's order. Customer had to ask for their receipt in order to know her number in line for pick up. While I waited longer the cashier went back to helping the drive thru. She sneezed, never saw her wash her hands. My order was taken and I got my drink and stepped outside away from the ever growing slow moving line to wait. Almost upon my return my meal was ready. A new lady was aiding the counter at this time taking orders. A condiment was left out of my order. I waited patiently for someone, anyone to make eye contact with me. A customer even came up and looked into my bag inquiring if it was theirs. After several minutes, finally, the original cashier asked what I needed and gave me said condiments. After arriving at home, once again the potato wedges were hastily made and the toppings weren't evenly distributed at all, some were stuck to the lid. I also noticed that the sourdough is now prepared differently. Toasted, but not as if on a grill, I abviously expected the bread to be toasty, crisp and buttery. Not the case. The sandwich size had also decreased. For a $12 meal I'd expect the quality of service and food to be much better than I've experienced as of late and I will probably not be coming back to a location until all this slips my mind or my cravings get the better of me in years to come....
Read moreI used the Jack In The Box mobile app to order my food when the driver arrived to get my food the manager told him they dont offer a delivery service and that they dont have my order. So I called to speak to whom I was told was Lillian the manager who would not speak to me directly only threw another employee who answered the phone. I could hear the manager the employee had to speak for me (?). I was charged $40.00 never received my food and the manager was absolutely unprofessional and argumentative threw our 3 way conversation. She told me they dont have a food app that delivers for there location like I have not used it before and received my food. Now over 2 hours later after I have eaten elsewhere the app sends a 2nd and 3rd driver who is attempting to receive the order who has to argue with management as well even tho I expressed to the app and support i want the order canceled and purchased food elsewhere as your manager told me I could get refunded threw corporate because they did not get my order on there end. After the app sends a 3rd drive your manager was so unprofessional she actually sent me old food when they did finally send my order 2 and a half hours later I was handed food that was CLEARLY MADE OVER AN HOUR BEFORE HANDED TO THE DRIVER then when I called to tell them I did not receive my whole order and it was old I was told it was fresh dropped and it went bad in the 7 mins it took my delivery driver to get to my house from the time he left jack in the box im sorry I just dont trust to eat this food I want my money back and I will be contacting corporate expressing how your manager lilian is very unprofessional. I will not use your store location again. I'm a manager of a chain of stores Cottonwood included and I'd never offer costumer service the way your team leaders do, or allow my staff to treat my guests in such an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. I will be sharing this with the...

My son went to the bathroom and locked it well apparently 1 of there employees decided to unlock it and walk in while my son has his pants down they didn't even have the audacity to come up to us and tell us the situation and what happened. My son comes out of the bathroom and says what the heck one of them just walked in on me.They didn't even knock and so I confronted him and it was nothing but excuses "we lock it cus of homeless people" "i knocked" my son didnt hear a knock.
