Vinnie's New York Chefs Pizzeria — Restaurant in Cottonwood

Moved here recently about 7 Months ago.... Trying out the Local Cuisine.... Saw Vinnie's is right down the Street from us ! Super Excited ! Unfortunately that was not what we walked into.... We where only their for about 7 mins total.... Attacked is the word I would use ? Sry to be so dramatic.... But that's how it felt.... As soon as we walked in we where greeted by an odd berage of weird comments ? The only person who seemed nice was the girl at the register ! We where givin a menu and I asked if we can order by the Slice 🍕 ? And if we can build are own slice ? We where told yes we could and another employee said we couldn't ? Contradicting her ? We asked if we can dine in ? She told me we could in the Lounge and to have a seat.... We sat down and instead of coming to our table we where yelled at across the dining room saying we can't eat their but only in the lounge for table service ? Confused we got up and not knowing where the Launge is or Guided by employees we moved to another spot ? Even though the area we where sitting was full of people eating ! We tryed for another seat ! But my Wife who is Obviously Deaf who I've been signing to the entire time was once again yelled at across the dining room ? She was told that her Gatorade was not aloud in the Lounge or the Restaurant they have a Liquor License.... Another women approached as she was trying to explain to her again.... I told them that my Wife was Deaf and Pregnant and needed it for her Morning Sickness ! Again they went on about their License.... I handed back the Menu and told them that they are making it way to Difficult to eat here and that we where just going to go ? Some Oddly Dressed Lady probably a Manager got offended at us and Said very Loudly it's the Law and it's like that everywhere ! I just looked at her and walked out.... Listen it wasn't about the Drink ? Or your License.... We left from your Extreme Lack Of Customer Service.... Extreme Lack Of Communication.... We felt Un Wanted.... And will...

Ordered the time square special online. Pizza was very good. Garlic knots were a bit crispy and the single bag they were in was falling apart.

The wings I ordered with sauce(as opposed to sauce on side), suicide sauce, ranch side, wings well done, Wings Sauce on the side, and Wongs sloppy.

Last time I ordered them this way online was perfect. The wings were well done, crispy, and covered in sauce. Plus I received the side of the sauce 1 large ramekin. This time the wings had no sauce on them and 2 small ramekins of sauce on the side…

It was late and I was busy the following day so I called them today. I informed them of the issue and inquired as to how I could ensure it did not happen again. Raul was very understanding and did his best to assist me. This was however limited to letting me know they are having trouble keeping the kitchen consistently staffed, apologizing for the mistake and adding a note in their POS to my account to ensure they put wing sauce on the wings I order with sauce as that is all he was authorized to do.

He asked if that was sufficient, I explained that I would much rather have the wings I ordered and would even bring back the original wings to trade for the correct one. He let me know that health code wouldn’t let them take food back. I explained I didn’t expect them to take it back, just observe the error and replace it with the wings I ordered…

I guess my feedback to the owners is to give your employees to authority to correct these deficiencies. Yes it will cost you some because of the mistake but not a fraction of what it will cost if orders continue to come out wrong and customers decide to take their...

We got the wrong pizza delivered so I called and the guy on the phone was really nice and processed a refund to my card. The worst part though was that as we put our slices on plates and were about to eat, some strange woman knocked and had another pizza bag with her. She said we got the wrong pizza and I told her it was fine. She actually asked us if we had touched it yet! I said yes, told her we put it on plates already and that we were fine. She then demanded that we give her back the pizza we already touched so we didn't know how to handle that, she seemed so insistent so we gave it back and she gave us our original pizza. I felt like a total moron for not checking it first because the one she gave im us had already been touched!!! Slices were separated and shifted all around in the box so it was clear that she took that one from someone else and gave it to us. SICK!!! I believe the woman was either mentally ill or on drugs or had been drinking, the way she behaved and rather than deal with her (I didn't know what she would do if I said no) we gave it back. Never ordering from here again, they have very scary creepy people like her handling food?? I am shocked and I should probably report this to the department of health. That was so messed up.
