Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

I have honestly never really had an issue coming here. It’s normally very friendly. It’s normally pretty fast service. I was actually told that I ordered one Dr Pepper and one Coke and I corrected them and said it was two Dr Pepper’s. I got to the window and they made two cokes instead. So then I get told I have to go outside and wait on my food as well as wait on drinks because they have to remake two Dr Pepper‘s which takes maybe 10 seconds. And when I corrected the lady in the drive-through who has dark long hair and a ponytail, I did not get her name. She shook her head at me and snatched my card from me to pay for it. It was very unprofessional and I’ve never had an experience like this here, but I am super dissatisfied with the service. The food I will not complain about because it was good. I hope though it was not SPIT in because of how the service was and it made me question if I should eat the food or not. And I simply ordered two Caniac combos and it took a while to get to me. I am a Door Dasher, and I had two orders to go to two different customers. It seem like to me that Door Dasher customers are not as important as their immediate customers. I had to go through their drive three three different times, and then had to go to the dining room to get the orders correct. They made me go through all these obstacles just get these orders and get it to the customers. I have been their twice for Door Dasher, and both times they were rude, and treated me like I was second hand news. Customers Service as far as I am concerned is everything, but this does not matter to them. Door Dasher customers ought to be treated just as their in person customers are treated. I have never been to this restaurant to eat myself, but I will not go to the Raising Kane restaurant in Council Bluff's, I have recommended to Door Dasher that they eliminate this restaurant as a Door Dasher for this restaurant, because of the way I was treated and the customer that placed the order through Door Dasher. I love canes and usually never have problems with my order. Today however was different. It’s pretty late so I decide to get my fav late night snack, the box combo. Some days I get box combo no slaw extra toast and other days I’ll get no fries extra toast because honestly the fries are pretty mid and the toast is far superior. But tonight? I kept it classic with no substitutions. I get my order and drive home, excited to rip the toast in half to create a vessel for one of the fingers and few fries to enter my mouth. I open the box and to my surprise THERES NO TOAST! ARE YOU KIDDING ME HOW DO YOU FORGET THE TOAST!!! YOU GUYS HAVE LIKE THREE THINGS ON THE MENU!!! I would call and complain but I’m not driving back there this late just for some toast but come on that’s crazy. One Love?...
