Taco John's — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The male manager spoke to me like I was a worthless piece of junk!!! And even threatened to call the police on me, for telling him i wanted my ordered remade the correct way. He argued and yelled at me for at least 10 minutes, and told me i was lying about my order being wrong. So when i told him i was on my way back, he told me he was calling the police because i disrespected him. I recorded the entire thing! So as i went back to get my $25 order remade, he LAUGHED at me!!! And didnt even have enough nerves to come to the window!!! HE KNEW HE WAS WRONG!!! They refused to give me my money back also. Spoke with the "higher up" management... but im still NOT happy. No refund given!!! And guess what, they gave me the same COLD potatoe oles i had to begin with! I live 20 minutes away! So they sat for practically an hour, after the first visit and the revisit! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! NONE of you would have jobs, if CUSTOMERS didnt spend their money!

I felt as if ALL managers and management involved felt it was okay to talk to and treat someone like this. Its very sad!

Btw... the girl that handled the situation when i brought the food back... was the ONLY one respectful. At least she APOLOGIZED!!! Which...

I went on my lunch break from work came here ordered food. My entire order was messed up words can't describe how bad it was. I did notice the problem till i got back at my work location called them argued because they expected me to return to food right then in there. I explained to the manager that i was unable to return the food. Manager said that was fine and he would write my name and order down turns out he never did that. After work the next i drove clear out of my way for them to tell me they refuse to serve me because i did not have the food with me. I also had my recipient as well. They came up with excuses to not serve me. First of all i am not going to hold food in my vehicle allvehicle all day in my car when i work outside on construction by the time i would be off work they were closed. Advice when you get your food check it right then and there because you will have the same problem i did. As a customer that pays with their money for food service that was dont horrible and gets refused from trying to get the order you want right you will not get it here. Also just go to the taco bell at E Broadway a lot better there. Then this joke of...

David or whomever the night manager was on March 2 at 11 pm was the most disrespectful person in "charge" that I've ever had to deal with. I ordered a refried bean burrito with sour cream. They gave me a refried bean burrito with extra bean very similar. I called taco John's and he told me I would have to pay extra for the sour cream after ALREADY paying for extra beans. I was close by so I came back and while I was STILL on the phone with him trying to sort things out he hung up on me. I come through the drive through lane. He pulls up a receipt that wasn't even mine. It had potatoe oles and cheese. I said thats not my order. He said I'm being rude and that he won't help me and SLAAMS the window in my face. This is by far the most poor customer service I have ever experienced. The associates refused to give me their managers name and proceeded to call the police. I will NEVER give this establishment my money again. Kathy and Craig Scott would have never allowed such absurd behavior. This place has gone down hill on so many levels.
