Dunkin' — Restaurant in Coventry Township

Coffee was good but idk what was going on in that lady’s head to make her think I’d be happy with this bagel not even edible.

Edit: a week later and I have more to say lmao, the workers have nothing but excuses for their mistakes, I asked for a caramel macchiato and they gave me a plain one when I politely told them it was caramel and not plain they told me “well she heard you say just a macchiato.” Regardless if that’s the case all she had to do was pump some flavouring into the drink. With the bagel pictured below I had called because I couldn’t deal with it at the store due to needing to work when I called I asked for the manager who wanted nothing to do with me by the way she told me that I don’t need to ask for a manager in regards to the bagel and that the bagels are “pretoasted” in the morning and are warmed up when they are ordered. Idk doesn’t make sense to me but I don’t work there so I wouldn’t know. My boyfriend ordered the snackin bacon and it was toooo crispy so idk if you guys need to turn the oven down or what. Anywho whilst we were waiting for the bagels and bacon we had waited for at least 15 mins (still not sure why) I felt horrible for the other people by the time we left there were 7 cars waiting in the drive through by the time we left. Almost went up to each car and told them it wouldn’t be...

Ok i got something different than my usual frozen coffee yesterday, but i will ask...HOW HARD IS IT to make a simple hot mocha coffee??? They always get my frozen coffee right...but whenever I get or ask for just a regular hot mocha coffee (hot coffee with mocha swirl) for some reason the guy working window/headset & glasses gets confused and asks me to repeat my order i dont know how many times, or says "I don't know what you mean" I ordered a hot mocha through the drive thru yesterday, the dude actually said "uhhh I'm sorry what do you mean by that" I explained it to him 3 times. "It's just a hot coffee with mocha"...his response "I still don't know what you mean" I got upset and explained it once more "a hot coffee with mocha" then he said "ok pull around". Just to find out the kid didn't even make/submit the order, I had to explain it to the lady with glasses running window (who had a piss more attitude mind you) like adding a simple hot mocha to my order was inconvenienceing her. The dude with the glasses and headset, it's not the first time he got my order wrong. It's not that hard, it's a simple hot coffee with freaking chocolate syrup....not like I'm asking for something super fancy and custom. Like come on...its getting VERY old, it's like hot chocolate BUT COFFEE!!! Least Starbucks gets it...

Customer service is rotten. Every time I get a breakfast sandwich there it is either so dry or burnt tasting. Also they serve items that are sold with salsa/picante sauce & never have any sauce, & everytime I ask about it I get a different answer & lied to about it. Finally an honest employee told me the truth that the manager is trying to save money by not ordering the cases of it.(which explains why other DD I go to always have the sauce available) Today was the worst.. my French toast bread was completely black on the inside of both pieces of bread & hard. As if to turn it inside out no one would notice the charcoal tasting brick their trying to bite into? It was so gross & not even edible I threw it out. Even tho I love their iced coffee, they've just lost a customer that's been a long time coming. Also some of the people working there are filthy & ungroomed. Not only do I not want to touch their dirty hands with black under their fingernails when accepting my change at the drive thru, but they have to hand me my food! A man should not have long fingernails with dirt, greasy hair, body odor, & sores on his arms...
