I purchased a Philly cheesesteak sandwich on 2 separate occasions. The 1st time was a pick up order and they were close to closing. When I got home, the sandwich had no green peppers, no onions and no mushrooms. I thought, oh they were closing, they must have forgotten. So, I gave them a second chance. Today, I went inside and purchased another one. This time, hardly no meat, I think maybe 3 small chips of mushrooms and the same with onions and green peppers. I thought it strange the woman at the counter kept asking me if I wanted lettuce and tomatoes. I told her I wanted only what was listed on the menu: onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Dropped by this joint in Fri evening. It is located in a shopping center, run-down and dilapidated which was also reflected on all over the face of the crew. As soon as I stepped foot in, was immediately turned off by the male employee who while cooking, and combating the fume, appeared, annoyed, grumpy, and with facial muscles twitching at times. The rest of the members, no more pleasant, like auto pilot or hard-labors, except for the girl who handled my order. She at least tried to lift the corners of her lips. However, I had to remind her about a missing plastic item, before stepping out of the door. Seemed like their mind was anywhere but in the present moment. Went in during ‘’ mask mandate’ time, forgot a mask, walked in and the girl asked if I saw the sign (about wearing a mask) I asked if this location had a disposable mask I could wear while I order, she yelled that they didn’t have a mask for me and no alternatives. If you’re going to have that policy in your store, do the courteous thing and by a box of disposable masks that clients who legitimately forgot theirs can use. I left without ordering, and went to a drive thru down the street. This girl was rather loud and gave me no alternatives.. very rude and unhelpful. Also, guess what.. no more mandates!
