I think I have to say bye to this coffee brand restaurant. I still remember the first time I purchased a coffee in Starbucks was 2005, it's full of warm, I was still a college student and I don't know what coffee I want, they smile and let me know what kind of coffee they have, and may add what toppings for free include whip cream or steam milk. So I am their loyal customer for almost 20 years I still have their membership card include the black one and gold one for collection. I also have their 'treat on us' gift paper and solid gift card (it may in my photo books in my mom house), it was full of my memory with starbucks
And now because for health concern I rarely drink coffee. And yesterday I want to taste Starbucks again with my family. When I go in and want to go restroom first, the waitress Andrana don't let me in and insisted make purchase first, even though I promise I will order and indicates I want to go restroom first. After restroom, my order was late and I am the last order, and I hope I am the last customer of this store to make me feel better myself

Read moreI went to this location because they opened at 4:30am and I went on the app at 4:30am and placed a mobile order. I got there at 4:38am and went through the drive thru. When I got there I told them I had a mobile order and she said they didn't have an order under my name and rudely asked if I put it for the citrus and arrow location. I said I did and the person on headset said she would look for it. Finally they found it and said they're finishing it up. So I said thank you and drove up to the window. It still took about another 3 minutes before I got it. It was a hot medium roast coffee. She didn't put a sleeve on it and I didn't think anything of it at the time because I keep seeing pics of starbucks using different cups. I get to work and of course its too hot to try and hold the cup normally. I'm trying to hold it and the lid pops off and I get coffee all over my shirt and pants. Read moreIm super upset at the service at this location. I went thru the drive thru and it's not busy at all. I have to repeat my order 3x and when I get to the windows my drinks wrong size. When I tell the girl she has attitude and proceeds to tell me I will have to wait and park in front. Keep in mind it's her mistake! I park in front of the store and she never brings out my drink. I get off and I ask for the supervisor and the girl says she's the shift leader her name was Alicia. I ask her the name of the person who took my order and she says she doesn't know. I tell her my situation and don't seem to care. So she don't know who took my order but she has it in her hand but doesn't have my drink made! What kind of service is this?
