My star rating is being generous. Ordinarily I try to avoid leaving negative reviews about service especially for a restaurant of any type. I understand people can have off days. I have issues with this particular location for more than one reason and strongly advise against going here ever again after todays disappointing visit. The way the drive through lane is designed is a major accident waiting to happen especially in the morning. If one hasn't already happened I would be surprised. Usually dD staff are sweet friendly and will go above and beyond for you in the drive through or in the restaurant, at this location on the other hand its a hit or miss with employees. They have a few great employees and some that i wonder how or why they are working in customer service. The biggest draw back here is the wait times! Inside or drive through its a standard minum wait of 10 minutes to 45, for usually stale doughnuts and by the time you get it cold coffee. Today I tried to utilize the drive through since ince car was already at the window but the parking lot for the gas station was packed so there was no place to park at all to go in. The employee was incredibly rude at the speaker and kind of spoiled a special trip, I dont go out often for food opting to do the more responsable thing of brewing coffee at home and cooking better quality food at home. I was told even though there was not a line its store policy to only take one order per car so id either have to go in or around a second time. I didnt hesitate and placed the order for my friend and said ill go in for mine, so we didnt have to sort out how to pay off of 2 cards. My friend and I talked well waiting 15 minutes and decided she wouldnpay since I drove. Once at the window I asked if we could add on a coffee and a doughnut the lady says we can't do add on's at the window either store policyagain is her excusr. The parking lot was packed no where to park so I could go in but when I went around there was a line of cars already. There was no reason to be rude, and if that is the policy of this establishment I will take all of my business down to Kay's Daily grind. The Grind's coffee and baked goods are of far better quality and taste better anyways, I'd rather pay a few cents more and have good and friendly customer service than what I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to go to this place every single day for over a year in the 2021/2022 seasons. The service was phenomenal, the employees were fastā¦. For the past 8 months or so, every since all of those employees left, this place has been an absolute disaster. You go to the drive through, and you wait 20+ minutes to get your order ā even if itās only a single drink. If you go in, the employees are all socializing with one another, and taking their time with the drive-thru orders and you wait for your order there too. No matter what time of day, no matter what day of the week or week of the month you go, e excuse is always the same: āWeāre short-staffedā. Either hire more employees and stop hiding behind that excuse, or get someone better to handle scheduling.
This photo? I was sitting on the drive-thru line for 14 minutes without a single vehicle having moved. Any other place, any other state, every one of those employees would have been fired for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEmployees are friendly some are really nice to my daughter and went out of they're way to do some very nice things for her and the pink doughnuts for her are always fresh and coffee is always hot and fresh. When you order something and one of their machines are down they give you a slip for a free drink when the machine is fixed and today with their sip peel win game my they didn't have what my ticket said so they gave me a free coffee and told me to keep the ticket to use it next time I come back. Good place always willing to help and make things right! It's also a nice little inside to meet up with a friend have a sandwich and coffee or another drink and hang out for a little while and No one...
