Never had an issue there until today. Its nice outside so I decided to pull up to one of the bays to place and order and sit and enjoy my food. When I first get there I couldnt hear the girl so I advised her that I could barely hear and would she mind repeating so she waited 20 seconds then said "ill be right with you"! So I wait two minutes then she proceeds to tell me that if Im just ordering drinks or ice cream shes going to need me to pull up to the drive though. I let her know I was ordering a meal but she insisted that I come to the drive thru. All the while 2 more cars pull up to the bays beside me and they never came through the drive through. I was going to get something but that just turned me off so I went to Culvers which I was happy I did bc the customer service was way better and the burger was better. They need to train Kiana better on how to deal with customers.
UPDATE 9/8/2018 Went to this location AGAIn at 7pm.... when I oukl up to the drive thru there is a car at the speaker and a car pulled up a behind me a few seconds after I got there. We waited 4 minutes before the car behind me pulled off.... then two minutes after that the car that was already waiting to give his order pulled off. I pull up to take my order and no one comes on so I wait for a minute say hello and nothing. Waited 2 more minutes so decided to try one of the bays. Push the button nothing, push again after 2 minutes nothing. So I see one of the workers (a black female with glasses curly hair) come out to bring a car all the way at the end their food. I caught her on the way back and asked her was there something wrong bc I pushed the button twice and no one came on to say hello we will be right with you nothing. So with an attitude she says "we're coming." When that happened I was like Im leaving because I dont have to spend a penny with you. I come to this location alot the morning crew great, but the afternoon to evening crew are sorry. First they need an attitude adjusting second they need to learn customer service.    Read moreThis place flat out sucks. Food is decent but it really comes down to how lucky you are that given day. Additionally, I have never waited as long as I consistently wait to not only receive food after ordering but even the time it takes to wait to actually order the food itself! I rarely eat fast food but when I do it's because I am in a hurry. I work in Lawrenceville and I actually avoid this specific restaurant due to previous experiences but found myself here once again because I was rushing and thought "maybe I'll be lucky this time". Not only was I wrong... I was late. I pulled up to the drive through and waited, waited, and waited. Called out to the little microphone/speaker box several times with no response. Eventually I pulled forward to the serving window where I was greeted by a very cheerful woman who apologized that the "PA system wasn't working again". I was sympathetic. But again let down as it took them 15 minutes to make their heart-of-the-line burger, put it in a bag with fries and hand to me. On a positive note, if all you are looking for is a cold drink... they do that quite well. You get your Coke or Sprite almost immediately. Make sure to leave your expectations at home when visiting this particular location as they consistently deliver mediocrity and poor service....
   Read moreEarlier this week I visited this Sonic and the service was horrible. I spent about an hour there before finally getting anyone to even take my order. Even after pushing the button and even going to the patio myself to speak directly to an employee. All I wanted was a Route 44 milkshake and a large slush.... when I finally received my order it was a large milkshake and large slush..... wrong after all that time.... Tonight I returned for the same order except this time both large.... 1 minute after pulling in I pushed the button. Someone actually answered this time..... Placed my order.... waiting..... about 25 minutes later a car pulled in next to me... they ordered.... about 4 minutes later their order was brought out... I immediately demanded to speak to a manager at this point. The manager came out and was very polite and professional. He made the situation right and got my order out to me. He explained that he was new and just transferred to this location. He informed me that the employees at this location are all new and under the age of 18.... If you decide to visit this location good luck and hope you have plenty of time on...
