Was in drive-thru for over 38 minutes from the window I paid to the window I got my food it took at least 10 minutes the lady handing out the food was talking about how slow the line moves when she's in the window I told her I wanted a refund instead of just telling the manager I wanted a refund she called the manager up and had me tell the manager that she wanted a refund they proceeded to give me a refund ask me to pull up the pulled up walked in the manager 8 minutes on the computer to give me a refund being a ex-employee at a fast-paced McDonald's I know it only takes maybe a minute to do a refund after she got the change out of the drawer she made me wait while she walked to the back of the store with my money to get a receipt then came up and asked me to sign a piece of paper stating that I got my money back by far the worst experience ever she tried to give me my food and say it's on the house and she was sorry about the weights she said that she wasn't up here which means she was in the office I called the store three times while in drive through there was absolutely no answer so if she wasn't answering the phone and she wasn't up front what was she doing there was also a manager-in-training so there was two managers running the store and by far the worst experience ever I will never...
Read moreThere is one particular manager, that whenever she is on duty, she is completely unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. She can be heard screaming behind the counter, getting aggravated with her staff not keeping the drive-through time down because it affects her bonuses, and how sick of rude customers she is (when in fact, everyone is standing in silence, staring at her in disbelief at her awful attitude).
My husband came through the drive-through one day and ordered a specific happy meal, and when he got to the window, the same manager had an attitude and told him that the company no longer serves that specific happy meal, and she’s not going to deal with customers being rude to her anymore. When my husband asked if he would have to go back through the line to order again, she said “oh, you still want food?” With the same horrible attitude she had from the start.
To be sure, my husband does not have a confrontational bone in his body and he was not rude. This is simply a manager that needs to be kicked to the curb because she is driving away customers from this location. Ordered a medium caramel frap paid for it $4.44 got to the window to pick it up, and this boy hands me a shake with some whip cream and this tiny little ribbon of Carmel on top and I said where's the car wash? I know she's gonna want more than that. And he said that's all it comes with. And if you want more, it's extra so I said fine. I'll pay for extra which was 75 cents. And it comes back with another thin little ribbon of caramel. Are you kidding me? And then when he refunded my money, he tried to keep change. He owed me 444 I got 440 worst McDonald's ever.
