Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Covington

Tonight was my very first time every going to a Zaxby's and I left very disappointed and agitated to say the least. I ordered through the drive-thru, paid at the window, and was asked, by s young male to pull ahead behind another car that was already waiting. No big deal i thought! After sitting there for 20 minutes, I turned my car off and went inside. There was another customer waiting to order but no one was at the register. Finally a girl in a black jacket takes their order then helps me. I explain that I've ordered in the drive thru and have been waiting for 20 minutes. The young lady behind the register let's the people working drive thru know and one of them (female wearing a burgundy shirt) grabs a bag off the back counter and hands it to me with an attitude. I check the contents of the bag and the order inside was not mine. I tried to get the attention of the girl in the burgundy shirt as she walked past the counter twice but she completely ignored me both times. The girl in the black jacket who was working the front register comes back and I hand her the bag, let her know it's not my order, and that i tried to let the girl in the burgundy know but was ignored. At that point I just wanted my money back. Black jacket said she understood and called the manager over. Manger comes and I explain to him the situation, expressed my frustration and asked for my money back. The Manger (black male with glasses) was very friendly and apologized. Not only did he refund my money but he still had them remake my food (the lady in the kitchen wasn't happy about that) . What i thought would be a quick fast food run turned into a 45 minute ordeal for a 6 piece chicken finger plate and 2 egg rolls. This will likely be my first and last time patronizing this...

If I didn't have to give this place a star I wooden even getting no stars for me. me and my husband went in today around 11:30 12:00 to order Wings and Things we was going to go to the drive-thru but they drive through was full so get in there and order our wings and things we ask for extra fries got back home there was no extra fries wings look like they was left out from last night they were so disgusting no sauce on them the fries was cold and was still hard I mean what is going on with Zaxby's please hire more people that knows what they're doing because best believe the people working at Zaxby's would not even eat the food that me and my husband got today there was no Zack sauce in the Box either I am so disappointed came last Friday the food was great but today I don't know what's going on the food tasted weird then it tastes like Zaxby's don't think we'll be back at this location ever again get better people to...

I tried their hottest sauce and was highly disappointed. For a spicy guru such as myself, I love intense spice that is back with flavor and unfortunately, I didn't find that at Zaxby's. The Chicken Parmesean sandwich was good. Their fries were under cooked. The Texas Toast was really good and their shakes are delicious. The service we received was awful, the drive-thru girl had the personality of a possum on a bad day. No "Hello" or "Thank You". I am spoiled because most places I go, I look for that. The food can be mediocore but, if the staff have personality that can make a world of difference, in this case it did not. I rate a food establishment based on 7 major factors: Food, Flavor, Variety of Food Items, Staff Personality, Hospitality, Ambience, Time and Cleanliness.
