Eastside Trail at Chimney Park — Attraction in Covington

I liked this trail. It was recommended to me by a coworker. There are a few mini sites such as the house foundationon the park grounds and another foundation beside it. Things like that intrigue me. There's also a couple of things for kids to play around with. The trail itself is nice and had a couple steep (somewhat) grades. Especially the switchback at the beginning. It's fine going down but coming up was crazy my first few times. I have walked this trail multiple times over the years. Today was my last walk on this trail. It breaks my heart that most of the trees have been cut down all in the name of more development.
