The wings kept this from being 1 star. We've been before and were not overly impressed. The food wasnt bad, but there wasn't anything that stood out either. They were slow in getting the food out, service was ok. Decided to try it again after seeing good reviews from others. We had some wings which were well flavored but again took longer to arrive than they shouldve. No complaints with our waitress, but it should not take 45 minutes for a sandwich and a hamburger steak. We were told we were waiting on fries-- almost ten minutes later we got our food. There was another waitress that spent probably 25 minutes hanging on the back door opening & closing it while she talked with customers. Soon after she went back to the kitchen we could hear her crowing like a rooster. She walked off from the register as my husband was trying to pay. I can deal with slow service, slow food, etc if there's something else to make up for it, but slow food that wasn't even good?...
   Read morePlaced an order at 6:30 in the drive thru. Was asked to pull around - not out of the ordinary and didn't mind. She asked my name and she brought the food out for Lisa so I drove off. About a mile down the road, it didn't smell right so I looked at the food and it was wrong. Went back and took it inside. Cashier said they would refund the charge and refire the food. I went back out to the car and waited for 45min. Went back in and was told I took the wrong food so I had to wait and the wait time was an hour. I'm sorry but when I make a mistake, that's the first meal I fix to make it right. We love the food but we will not be back. I will not be an inconvenience for them any more. Moral of the story: Be sure to have lots if patience and check your order...
   Read more3 stars bc of the service. I love the food, but the last 6 times I have called to order, I can NEVER get a person to answer the phone! I continue to receive a âSorry, the number you have called is busyâ notification, so when I get to the restaurant to order, I see that NO ONE is on the phone taking an order. So why can a customer not call and place a to-go?? This has not been once or twice. Itâs been 6 times or more? Does this business not have call waiting ? Or are they seriously turning off their phones? I wish I could get an answer for this. For the food to be SO great, the customer service I continue to receive is changing my perception of this small town business. Especially since I am driving 30 minutes...
