Dunkin' — Restaurant in Crafton

Will not be returning again. 20 min wait to get through the drive thru and they apparently messed up on everyone's order. WHAT A SHAME! Could be late for work because of this place. Ordered at 450pm just to get to the place in full chaos mode. As I'm writing this I've been in line for over 10 minutes just 2 cars back from the window. This place has gone down hill quick.

Old review: I go here sometimes on my days off. At times, the line for the drive thru is out into the street and even if you're not going there, you're amongst the "crowd". They put a lot of parking spaces at this location for almost no one to use them on any kind of regular basis.

I will only get cold drinks there because it seems when I get a hot drink it's only half or 3/4 of the way full. Which for what I order is extremely expensive. I've only had at most three items that were not made right. But I have had times where I ordered before I left my house, of which I only live about 5 minutes away, and my items were already cold when I received them. I no longer order regular coffee drinks as It seems they are quite watery when I get them.

Overall this place is pretty okay, they do very good business because of their location. I feel they could do better if they were a bit more organized. I oftentimes see the person who's running the drive-thru also running the pickup counter, which I don't think is appropriate to do, especially in these times. As someone who managed two restaurants, there's some very basic improvements that could go on at this location. The food isn't bad but Jesus Christ they have some stupid people working here. The last 5 times I've been here they've screwed my order up. I usually get the turkey sausage, egg flatbread with cheese except I don't get the cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. Every mother trucking time I order it there's cheese on it and I either have to turn around and drive back or wait at the window for another 3-5 minutes while they make a new one. It's always the same guy (he looks exactly like Rafterman from the movie Full Metal Jacket - he's the takeout window cook you wanna double check your food if you see him there.) Also they can't distinguish between a lemon poppy seed muffin and a coffee cake muffin so you'll wanna check your muffins too when your order. Then there's today, my own stupidity for not checking my order before I left. I ordered the chicken sandwich on a croissant and some hash browns. I ate the hash browns on the way home thinking my order was probably right. After all, I didn't substitute anything, just ordered the item exactly how it comes. I get home, sure enough it's a chicken salad sandwich, except on a bagel and it has bacon on it. I ate it and enjoyed it but they proved to me once again that they're unable to preform the basic duties at their job. I sure as hell hope there's nobody working there that supports $15 an hour cause if that ever happens I'm renting a wrecking ball and demoing that building...

I just waited in line at the drive thru 25-30 minutes for a regular hot coffee, a 25 box of assorted donut holes and a $3 sausage egg and cheese sandwich. They forgot to hand me my sandwich. I had to ask for it. Took a couple more minutes and was given to me less than warm and cold in the middle. Cheese wasn’t even melted at all. Ever since they remodeled and went under new management to make this place better it has been awful. Long wait times sold out of every kind of donut you want and food coming out cold. These businesses want to keep charging more money, and changing their business model and remodeling and their product is going downhill as well as their service. The employees are kind, but quite clueless. The people that hand you your food have no idea what’s going on nor do they apologize for wait times for messing up your order. What are we actually paying for here? Do what you did best Dunkin, coffee and donuts. 9 times out of 10 You don’t have your most popular jelly donuts why? This new business model is awful.
