Cenci's Pizzeria & Bar — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

This place and food are horrible place to go to. I went in for dinner one night and we had a watriss that didn’t really want to be there. She gave us the drink specials and we ordered some beers to drink but she had to come back 6 times, to tell us every one we ordered wasn’t available. Finally we get our drinks then she took forever to take our order because she was to busy talking or flirting with customers. So we finally ordered and get our order and the food was horrible. She brought a salad with tomatoes and I’m very allergic. The food wasn’t cooked all they way and burnt. I order delivery too and the food is just as bad. It was always late, wrong food and not made right. Thought it would be different but no it wasn’t the case. It’s just a bad place. I talk to the managers and they all say I’ll give you your money back but it’s been 3 weeks since visit and no money. I have called the manager again and again. All I get is I will take care of it and nothing. I get told I will call you back but nothing. I get told the owner will call and I get nothing. I have called both store managers and I get no help from either or my money back that I wasted there. We all know how expensive it is there. I hope the on in WEXFORD doesn’t get as bad as CRANBERRY. I will never eat there again and I will spread the word. It’s not a place to go for dinner or anything. Bad food and bad customer service. I gave them so many times to make this right.

I had to change my review from 5 stars to one star due to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I liked their food and tried to place another order. Here is how it went: I called and attempted to place an order using their online menu. I was given the order total. It was more than the advertised online price. When I questioned the price, I was told the online menu was wrong and that they used the price on the printed menus in the restaurant (the printed menu had a higher price). She asked her manager about the discrepancy and was told "the (higher) in-store menus were correct and she couldn't change the price. She asked "do you want it or not", then hung up on me. I called back to speak with the manager and was told they couldn't help it if the online menus were wrong, they had no control over it, and they had to use the (higher) in-store pricing, then hung up on me. I called back and tried to get the managers name and was told by the employee "Are you kidding me? Stopping bothering us", and she hung up on me again. I've eaten there several time in the past. Never again. There are plenty of other places to eat in Cranberry. A small pricing discrepancy caused by their own inability to maintain accurate price information could have been resolved by them honoring the lower price, figuring out how to fix the price problem in their system for future business and turn me into a happy customer. Have had lunch there multiple times and we enjoy the pizza ever time. BUT The lunch wait staff there is possibly the worst around. They're more interested in crushing cardboard boxes and eating themselves than waiting on lunchers... You've gotta ask for everything. To order (its lunch we're not here for the day) More to drink (never pay attention to your drink level) they got more boxes to take out back... They pout and look at the floor. (Have that dont you dare ask for anything look) Ask that they please cut the pizza (otherwise they want to bring you a pizza cutter to cut it because you said the pizza isn't cut) Gotta wave your arms and give a whistle for a check.
